Feel free to contact me even if it is a little thing EGH, colour, movement, etc.
I am more then happy to help.

That's scary the way they launch themselves at her. Ok, she can be a little
annoying, but other times she's a great character and I will dare to say "well
written" The way she grieved for Matthew was so touching.

Have you noticed Djaq doesn't get much bashing? She must have been the most
perfect character in the show.

 I've no idea

To be jealous of something that does not exist .... That's ugly. But then again,
since this is a TV show, you can like/dislike who you want. This is a good thing
but a shame when people do not look at both sides of the picture, nothing is
black and white.

 Some

I'll never understand these people lol! It's like all sense of what is right and
their morals go out the window. It's not good.

A friend is writing a fic about Guy & an Oc character based on justine Waddell
and wanted me to make some artwork for her.

Next to the semi naked Marian manips. God I had fun making those!!! I reckon
this would be one of my better manips.

What do you guys think and also, should Justine Waddell work with Richard or
Joe?

You're right; I find that readers will forgive male characters for doing
certain things, but not female ones if they do the same thing. I've no idea
why they do it, but there does seem to be an element of jealousy or
something going on, as the majority of fans seem to be female. Some
readers/viewers can be *much* harder on the female characters than they are
are the male ones! :¬}

I never thought of it that way, but I think you're really, really right.

I definitely agree she loved England more than either of the boys because she refused to marry EITHER until the king was coming home, and she only married Robs because she knew she was dying. I don't think it makes it ok what she did, but I understand her motivations a lot better.

Marian seems to be an infuriating enigma at times. Most of the time I felt sorry for her and wanted to hug her because the males were hurting her so much and I was glad that she didn't stand for it and fought back with what she had. Other times I thought, ok, you didn't need to do that Maz.

Some ppl call what she did mean and manipulative, but I thought good for her. she's tough and isn't going to give up, Though I think had she allowed herself to love Guy she would have had found a new sense of freedom as a woman rather then as an ice maiden, I don't think he would have stifled her nearly as much as robin would have. Then again I'm being biased because I have a heavy dislike for Ja's robin.

:) Leah.

I wrote this mainly because I think Marian killed herself in ep 13 of S 2 because she was afraid of having someone try to clip her wings. You can't do that to a girl like Maz. I also believe she loved Guy and Robin but nowhere near as much as she loved England.
Feel free to disagree. But remember before you chuck a tanty at me

There was chemistry between Robin and Marian during sea. 1 and 2,all of a sudden they kill Robin and I notice Marian in the trees and my face has tears...,tears of joy. I'm not a "Nanci" I think I just was attached to a well written show.

I'm actually looking forward to S 4 despite what has occured in S 3. It actually
sounds rather exciting having it in Scotland.

As for Guy's death. It was really sad. I would have bawled my eyes out earlier
had a friend not accidentally spoiled it for me lol!

And Marian, well, I'm a big fan of hers and was always saddened when the blokes
manipulated her. It was great to see her get her own back. And I think she was
sorry for what she did. She couldn't help it if she loved her country more then
the two men.

Beth, I know a lot of people feel like you...to be honest I thought I would
too. To lose my entire ot3 in the space of one two-part episode was
HEARTBREAKING in extremis, especially considering the unjust treatment of Allan!
However, I thought Guy got the death he deserved - at least, Richard Armitage
got the death scene he deserved.
>
> And re: what i8hairyoreos@... said, I didn't cry at Guy's death, despite
being a paid-up member of team leather, and I leaked saltwater like a poorly
maintained lobster tank when ferret face died and bitchtits came to collect him.
>
> OK OK OK, that was a joke. It does not count as legit character bashing
please, because it's not intended that way! But it does kind of quickly and
efficiently explain my personal general opinion towards those two chars.
It really surprised my how much it affected me. Although I did like Robin more
and more as season 3 progressed. I was never much a fan of Marian because she
never seemed to be aware of how much she was hurting the people around
her with her actions - especially unerestimating what she was doing to Guy.
>
> But, I hear (and I may well be wrong) that season 4 is pretty much going to be
confirmed, and they're moving production to Scotland. Jane Hudson, this season's
producer, is taking Foz and Dominic's roles.
>
> If it goes ahead, I will watch, and I will hope to like it. I will try to like
it. But I think that without Keith Allan, Richard Armitage and Joe Armstrong,
I'll only ever like it as much as I liked Merlin. Which was...eeeeeh; kind of a
bit.

Her freedom

By Leah

Summary

Although she loved Guy and Robin dearly, Marian knew she was better off without
them hence choosing to die.

Disclaimer

I do not own a thing. If I did, Marian would still be alive with her love slaves
Guy and Allan.
Rated PG for suicide and the afterlife.

Somewhere …. Nowhere

The girl opens her eyes, blinking for the light hurts them. She finds herself
standing in a field of red and pink flowers.
A lump develops in her throat. She squeezes her eyes shut willing herself not to
cry. She was free now. She got away from them. She was free. No one could
manipulate her again. She no longer had to fight. She no longer had to suffer.
She was free.
Happiness and sheer relief flowed through her ethereal body. Her lips part and
she laughs a laugh of pure joy.
She was free!
Picking up the skirt of her dress, she runs through the field. She runs and runs
till she suddenly stops and puts a hand over her mouth in surprise.
Knighton! Her dear beloved Knighton! And standing in the doorway was … Oh jesu
she was so happy!
Sir Edward and his beloved wife, Kate, waved when they saw their daughter, and
as soon as she was close enough, enveloped her in a loving embrace.
Marian beamed with happiness as she followed her parents into the hall.
They were free. They were happy. They were together. Nothing else mattered
anymore.

The End

Authors note

I wrote this mainly because I think Marian killed herself in ep 13 of S 2
because she was afraid of having someone try to clip her wings. You can't do
that to a girl like Maz. I also believe she loved Guy and Robin but nowhere near
as much as she loved England.

Paradise Lost

By Leah

Summary

Set during the end of ep 13 of Season three, then gets a bit twisted. Warning,
religious beliefs are questioned!

Disclaimer

I don¡¦t own a thing! Rats! Rated M for sexual references and language.

Somewhere in Heaven

Robin smiled tenderly at Marian.
¡§My wife,¡¨ he whispered and the lovely Marian returned his smile with equal
tenderness.
¡§Now and forever my love,¡¨ she replied softly.
They kissed passionately and hugged each other, laughing with joy.
Hand in hand the couple walked away from Robin¡¦s body, excited about the
adventure Marian had spoken of.
¡§Robin,¡¨ Marian asked.
¡§Yes my love?¡¨ Robin answered.
¡§Can I ask you something?¡¨
¡§Anything my love.¡¨
¡§WHO THE FUCKING HELL IS KATE?¡¨ she screamed, ripping her hand away from
Robin¡¦s. ¡§I SODDING WELL WAITED FOR YOU ROBIN! I WASTED SO MUCH BLOODY TIME
WAITING FOR YOU TO CARK IT WHEN I COULD HAVE BEEN ENJOYING MYSELF! YOU COMPLETE
TIT! YOU UTTER PRAT!¡¨
¡§M-Marian!¡¨ a startled Robin stammered. ¡§I-I had needs!!!!¡¨
¡§So did I! But noooo! Whilst everyone else was going at it like bunnies I
remained celibate! You are such an inconsiderate bastard!¡¨
¡§Awwww! My widdle muffin of loooooooooooov!¡¨ Robin cooed.
Marian snorted and rolled her eyes.
¡§Forget it sack of shit! I¡¦m getting an annulment!¡¨
¡§You can¡¦t get an annulment Marian! We¡¦re bound together in holy matrimony!¡¨
Robin cried.
¡§Listen here care bear from Hell!¡¨ Marian roared scaring Robin so much his
toupee covering his bald patch nearly fell off. ¡§We¡¦re in Heaven now! That
means eternal happiness! And what would make me eternally happy? I¡¦ll tell you!
What would make me eternally happy is a bloke who didn¡¦t want to shag every
fucking wench he comes across!¡¨
¡§Marian!¡¨
¡§Tough Tits!¡¨ Marian shrieked. ¡§I¡¦ve got my annulment and now I am off for a
big-¡¨
¡§Already?¡¨ Robin asked with a frown. ¡§Don¡¦t I get a say in any of this?¡¨
¡§Yes Robin, I got my annulment quickly,¡¨ Marian snapped. ¡§Why you ask? Well,
I¡¦ll repeat myself. Eternal ¡K. Happiness. That means no more waiting!¡¨
Robin scratched his head in confusion.
¡§I¡¦ve really got to talk to the big G about this,¡¨ he muttered.
¡§Ahem! Robin! The big G is having a facial!¡¨ Marian growled with her hands on
her hips. ¡§Doesn¡¦t want to be disturbed.¡¨
¡§Are you saying the big G is a sodomite?¡¨ Robin demanded.
¡§No. Though may be next week. Hasn¡¦t really decided yet.¡¨
¡§So that means ¡K Holy crap! God¡¦s a freaking woman?¡¨
Marian rolled her eyes.
¡§Is that so bad?¡¨
Robin was about to say yes but quickly changed his mind and did not respond.
¡§Oh Robinnnnnnnnnnnnn!¡¨
Both former wife and husband turned to see an extremely dirty, yet still
amazingly sexy, Isabella of Gisborne swaying provocatively toward them.
¡§C¡¦mere you bad boy!¡¨ she purred seductively, tossing her dark, tangled
curls. ¡§You know you want to! Come to Izzie Gizzy my furry ball of fun!¡¨
Marian¡¦s cheeks burnt with anger.
¡§What?¡¨ she spat, glaring at Robin who stumbled backward in fear.
¡§Needs Marian!¡¨ he reminded whilst crossing his fingers.
¡¥Please make it quick!¡¦ he pleaded mentally.
¡§Ah ¡KRight. Bad timing ¡K. Only one thing to do about that. Going to go and
find mum,¡¨ Isabella said with a nervous smile.
¡§What?¡¨ Robin squeaked. ¡§You can¡¦t leave me like this!¡¨
Too bad Bobbin boy. Mummy¡¦s little girl, Izzie Gizzy, was going. The former
vengeful and power hungry sibling Guy smiled nervously again at Robin and his
pissed off ex wife and then gave a short wave.
¡§Toodles!¡¨ she squeaked and took off.
Marian¡¦s nostrils began to flare. Her hands balled into small yet famously
deadly fists.
¡§Now Marian,¡¨ Robin said backing further and further away. ¡§Let¡¦s not be
hasty!¡¨

Somewhere else in Heaven

Under the shade of a coolabah tree-I mean, under the shade of a big tree in a
big field, a naked Sir Guy of Gisborne, sexiest ghost ever according to the big
G, had been getting reacquainted with his former bum boy, who was the second
sexiest ghost ever according to the big G, a naked Allan A Dale, when a fully
clothed Marian came charging past in a twenty horse drawn chariot, chasing,
screaming abuse and tossing fire balls at a rather terrified Robin.
When Marian and Robin had left his sight Guy shrugged, turned to Allan, and
asked this question.
¡§Reckon she¡¦ll want an annulment?¡¨
¡§Reckon she¡¦s already got one mate! You get those kinds of things rather quick
here.
Gisborne smirked in agreement remembering how he and Allan had gotten bigger
sausages in two seconds flat.
¡§That you do.¡¨
¡§So ¡K¡¨ Allan continued, ¡§how about we ask her over?¡¨
Guy looked down to where an extremely pretty young naked woman lay coquettishly
batting her blue eyes at him.
¡§What do you think Meg?¡¨ he purred lustfully. ¡§You up for an awesome
foursome?¡¨
Meg grinned wickedly.
¡§Bloody oath!¡¨ she declared.
Dear little saucy Meg¡¦s agreement was followed by the passionate pounding of
hooves then Marian¡¦s shrieking for the heavenly animals to please stop. When
the twenty chariot pulling equines had come to a halt the beautiful but still
quite pissed off Maz left her chariot and stomped toward the tree.
¡§Marian,¡¨ Guy rumbled seductively.
¡§Hello Guy I need your sausage. Is there any room for one mo-¡¨ she stopped
when she saw Meg sandwiched between Guy and Allan then scowled.
¡§Oh shit! She¡¦s going to shove a fireball up my bum!¡¨ Meg moaned and covered
her face with her hands.
¡§Come on Maz. Be flexible!¡¨ Allan pleaded.
¡¥Stare her down. Do not grovel,¡¦ Guy thought.
The sexy female ghost thought about this for a few centuries, it was her
prerogative, and then shrugged her shoulders.
¡§Sod it! Move over Allan!¡¨ she ordered yanking at her cloak and dress.
And so it was! The MAG with an extra M shagging fest began under a tree. And the
awesome foursome continued shagging and are probably still at it till this day
whilst Robin is still running away from a fireball.

The end

Authors note

Ha! You thought this was going to be a RH/LM fic didn¡¦t you? DIDN¡¨T YOU?
Well, it isn¡¦t! So there! Mwahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!! I wrote this for a laugh
by the way. Hopefully you might get a giggle out of this to. If not. Well,
that¡¦s not for me to worry about.
Also. I don¡¦t think Heaven works as quickly as Marian says it does. I do, even
though I am not all that religious believe in Heaven and firmly believe that God
is an it rather then a he.

Ta ta for now ļ Me.

Beth, I know a lot of people feel like you...to be honest I thought I would too.
To lose my entire ot3 in the space of one two-part episode was HEARTBREAKING in
extremis, especially considering the unjust treatment of Allan! However, I
thought Guy got the death he deserved - at least, Richard Armitage got the
death scene he deserved.

It does not count as legit character bashing please,
because it's not intended that way! But it does kind of quickly and efficiently
explain my personal general opinion towards those two chars. It really
surprised my how much it affected me. Although I did like Robin more and more as
season 3 progressed. I was never much a fan of Marian because she never seemed
to be aware of how much she was hurting the people around her with her
actions - especially unerestimating what she was doing to Guy.

Which was...eeeeeh; kind of a
bit.

Season 1

Will You Tolerate This?

Robin of Locksley heads home from the Crusades to find his people starving and
brutalized under the tyrannical rule of the new Sheriff. He quickly discovers
that the only way to reason with this Sheriff is with bow and arrow – even if it
means sacrificing his title and his lands and consigning himself to life in the
forest

Sheriff Got Your Tongue?

The humiliated Sheriff storms into Locksley village, threatening dreadful
revenge until Robin Hood surrenders. Robin has no choice but to give himself up.
But, with the forest outlaws on his side, all is not lost.

Who Shot the Sheriff?

Robin Hood gets the blame when a mysterious sniper murders innocent people in
Nottingham. Desperate to stop the killings, Robin must form an unholy alliance
with the Sheriff of Nottingham. But the Sheriff has his own agenda...

Parent Hood

Robin and his men discover an abandoned baby in Sherwood Forest, moments before
the Sheriff kidnaps Roy. Roy is given a dilemma: kill Robin Hood or watch his
mother hang at sunrise. Who Will Roy Save? - Who does the baby belong to? And
can the Outlaws really be expected to storm Nottingham Castle on two hours’
sleep?

The Turk Flu

The Nottingham Fair arrives, bringing with it the lure of the silver arrow
competition. But Robin must resist temptation until he has dealt with something
more pressing: the Sheriff’s move to buy Saracen slave labour for his lethal
mine. Will he put the mine out of business and get to Nottingham in time to win
the prize? Or is there a different reward in the shape of a new member of the
gang?

The Taxman Cometh

Robin and his gang are not fooled when they come across a farmer named Flaxton
and his son on their way to Nottingham. To their delight they discover Flaxton
is really a tax inspector, whose job it is to count the mountain of tax silver
currently housed in Nottingham Castle Even better, with Flaxton as their cover,
entry to the castle is easy. Perhaps too easy...

Brothers in arms

A family reunion between Allan and his long-lost brother Tom turns sour when Tom
and his crooked friends tag along with the gang. Tom proves to be far more
trouble than he is worth, first trying to rob Marian’s house, and eventually
getting himself caught by the Sheriff. Worse, Marian is in mortal danger from a
murderous Gisborne. Robin must try to save Tom before helping Marian. Even if
Robin can get to her in time, will she be forced to make the ultimate sacrifice
to prove her innocence?

Tattoo? What Tattoo?

King Richard’s birthday turns out to be a day of surprises for the gang. First
Djaq is captured when they raid Gisborne’s party at Locksley Manor, then Robin
unexpectedly discovers a terrible secret about Gisborne which sends him
spiralling out of control. Without Robin as leader, the gang fails to rescue
Djaq. They need Robin to choose between helping them save her, and seeking final
retribution on his enemy Gisborne.

A Thing or Two about Loyalty

Castle scientist Lambert invents explosive “black powder”, but realises in the
wrong hands it could be a lethal weapon. The Sheriff’s are the wrong hands.
Lambert has hidden his secret ledger, but the Sheriff is going to torture him
until he talks. Much volunteers to get himself arrested, get into the dungeons,
and help Lambert escape. But the Sheriff throws a spanner in the works by
appointing Much Earl of Bonchurch. Is it some sort of trap? And even if it is,
with the lovely Eve to look after him, is Lord Much going to want to escape?

Peace Off!

When Robin saves an arsonist from burning Locksley Church he unleashes a series
of events culminating in the discovery of a mysterious Saracen visitor at
Nottingham Castle. The gang fears there is witchcraft at play, so Robin sets out
to show them that they have nothing to fear. But there’s everything to fear in
the true power of the forces converging on the Castle...

Dead Man Walking

A routine trip to Locksley to collect new weaponry descends into chaos when
Robin and Little John witness a brutal tax collection, the capture of their
bow-maker and worse – the arrest of Little John’s son. Little John tries to save
his son but it is a futile gesture, and within seconds he too is carted off to
the castle dungeons. But fate has a hand to play, and when Alice Little joins
them in prison, estranged husband and wife are temporarily reunited. But while
John and Alice try to work out what’s best for the future, the Sheriff cooks up
a plan of his own, for a Festival of Pain – and they are the star acts...

The Return of the King

The glorious news spreads that King Richard is returning to England. For most,
it hails a return to the good old days, but for Will and Allan it means a return
to their lacklustre former lives. And for Robin and Marian, it means her
impending marriage to Guy of Gisborne. Robin is desperate to find evidence
convicting Gisborne of his crimes, while Marian sets out on one last mission as
the Nightwatchman. But tragedy strikes and as the Sheriff and his men surround
Robin and the gang it seems that Marian and Robin will be separated forever...

A Clue: No

Robin cannot come to terms with losing Marian. He refuses to help Edward in
confronting the King, and abandons Much and the gang: his world has fallen
apart. There is no point in being Robin Hood anymore. But all is not what it
seems and the discovery of a terrible secret will spur Robin back into action
and see the Sheriff and Gisborne defeated before the day is out...

Season 2

Sister Hood

Robin and the gang have been busy constructing their ingenious new camp, but,
when Knighton Hall is razed and Marian and Edward are taken to the castle under
house arrest, it's clear that the rules have changed.
As the state of Nottingham gets worse, Allan A Dale becomes agitated. He wants
more and a distracted Robin cannot reassure him - he's too busy preparing to
rescue two girls and their pretty mother, Rose (Sara Stewart), as well as
formulating a plan to help Marian - so Allan goes AWOL, determined to make his
own way in the world.
A series of events then changes everything - Allan's trickster japes land him in
the castle dungeons, Rose is revealed as the Sheriff's sister and the lure of
the two girls is exposed as a brilliant trap laid by the Sheriff.
The walls are closing in around the gang as the Sheriff has formulated a
devastating new campaign - Shah Mat - conspiring with Prince John to overthrow
King Richard. Only with the help of Marian and the outlaws can Robin defeat the
Black Knights.
But, even when Robin and the outlaws escape with their lives, they are no longer
safe - Allan has changed allegiance and agrees to spy for Gisborne. From now on,
the heroes must rethink their strategy to take the Sheriff on at his own game.

The Booby And The Beast

In his first mission since discovering the devastating truth about operation
Shah Mat, Robin launches an abortive raid on Nottingham Castle's new Strong
Room. The Sheriff has stored all his Shah Mat funding in the medieval Fort Knox,
but, before the Black Knights arrive to divide up the silver, he's preparing a
final big deposit.
Having underestimated the Strong Room's array of deadly traps, Robin rethinks
his strategy - resolving to track down the original Strong Room designers who
have been mutilated, by order of the Sheriff, to prevent them leaking the
secrets behind their brilliant designs. With the help of now-blind designer
Steven, Robin and his men build up a picture of the Strong Room mechanics and
practice how to beat it.
Meanwhile, in the Castle, Gisborne has ordered Marian to pander to every whim of
the high-roller Prince Frederick of Hanheim (Dexter Fletcher - Hotel Babylon),
who has arrived to play in the casino. In fact, the Sheriff has no intention of
losing to this Bavarian Count, and, when outraged Frederick learns the Sheriff's
plan to fleece him using crooked dice in the casino, Marian gains a vital ally.
For Frederick is not the booby the Sheriff initially thought, and, together with
Robin and the gang, they formulate a plan to rob the Strong Room.
All Frederick must do is lose, but he ends up winning. Things aren't looking so
good for Robin in the Strong Room, either. Traitor Allan has leaked information
about Robin's attempt on the Strong Room and Gisborne has ordered modifications.

Child Hood

When a group of boys accidentally stumbles on Gisborne's weapons-testing site,
all but one is taken prisoner. The resourceful escapee, Daniel (Adam J Brown),
is able to elude Gisborne's men and runs to Robin to raise the alarm. Robin is
horrified to discover that Gisborne has developed an indestructible new suit of
armour, made of special Damascus steel - an army wearing this armour would
easily defeat King Richard and must be stopped!
Gisborne has taken the boys back to Locksley Manor where the Sheriff orders that
they be hanged. Luckily, Robin and his gang arrive in the nick of time. What's
more, Robin cleverly steals the impressive black diamond, used to create the
Damascus steel. But disaster strikes and Daniel is captured during the scramble.
The Sheriff immediately demands an exchange - Robin can have Daniel back if he
hands over the black diamond. Robin's priority is rescuing Daniel and he and the
gang decide that they will agree to the exchange and, once made, they will then
torch Locksley and melt the black diamond once and for all.
Marian learns of Daniel's capture and puts a plan into action. Feigning interest
in seeing Gisborne, she requests a night pass from the Sheriff. She doctors the
document so that the signature can be mistaken as a release for Daniel. Marian
runs her plan past Robin as she needs one of the outlaws to pose as a guard and
take Daniel. To everyone's surprise, Allan volunteers, but he only sees it as a
brilliant opportunity to leak Robin's plan to Gisborne.
Once Gisborne is forewarned of Robin's plan, he arms himself to the hilt,
donning his indestructible suit of armour. Now a rescue attempt is virtually
impossible and Robin must think fast if he's to save a boy's life and stop a
vital part of the Sheriff's war machine.

The Angel Of Death

The Sheriff and his sinister scientist, Joseph (Ralf Little - The Royle Family),
are testing a chemical weapon on a street in Nottingham Town and blaming the ill
effects on the Pestilence. But Dan Scarlett (Sean Murray), who is in town to
visit his son Will, knows it is not the pestilence at all.
Dan wants Will to become his apprentice and run the family's carpentry business,
but Will is frustrated that his father is blind to the good work he does as an
outlaw. Father and son bicker about what's best for Will - but tragically fail
to resolve their dispute before the Sheriff murders Dan for speaking out against
the suspected poisoning.
Now Robin realises that the Sheriff is up to something and resolves to track
down the source of the poison before more innocent people die. Bravely plunging
into the heart of "pestilence" territory, the outlaws work tirelessly to soothe
the sick - little realising that the strange helper from Leicester is none other
than Joseph (Ralf Little)!
Worse still, Robin believes Will has returned to Scarborough when, in fact, he's
headed straight for the Castle to punish the Sheriff for his act. With lives at
stake, Robin must track down the source of the poison in time. But what will he
do when he realises that Will is intent on avenging his father's death at any
cost?

Ducking and Diving

A horrified Robin realises that his plan to capture the Sheriff's spy, Henry of
Lewes (David Bamber), has failed because he has a traitor in his gang. Fearing
for Marian's safety in the castle, Robin sets about rooting out the turncoat.
His only clue is supplied by Marian: the spy's meeting place is located at the
Trip To Jerusalem Inn, where the traitor outlaw sells his secrets to Gisborne.
With two missions to complete Robin is relieved when Henry of Lewes arrives at
the castle unconscious, his vital information about the King's landing sites
remaining a mystery. Robin infiltrates the castle to silence Henry, but help
arrives in the shape of harridan wise-woman Matilda (Josie Lawrence), tasked by
the Sheriff to nurse Henry to health. Asking Robin to look after her heavily
pregnant daughter, Matilda promises that she'll silence Henry using special
herbs, but doesn't bargain upon the Sheriff making the connection with Robin
Hood and putting her life in mortal peril...
Robin returns to the forest with Matilda's daughter, to a confused and hurt
gang: they resent being suspected of treachery and it takes all of Robin's
leadership skills to rally his outlaws into helping Rosa.
But then Marian arrives, reporting that Matilda is about to be tried for
witchcraft. The race is on to rescue her before she drowns. Can Robin trust his
gang to save the lives at stake as well as silencing Henry? As Robin well knows,
there is a spy in his gang who needs catching before this day is out.

For England

The Sheriff's Black Knights gather at the castle to attend a feast and declare
their allegiance to Prince John by signing the Great Pact of Nottingham. With
the outlaws disguised as entertainers, Robin infiltrates the castle to join
forces with the only man who can stop them: former Sheriff Edward's old ally and
Black Knight, the Sheriff of Winchester (Denis Lawson). Winchester's territory
is key to the Sheriff's Shah Mat plan that will apprehend a homecoming King
Richard at the southern ports.
Once Robin is satisfied he has convinced Winchester to stand up to the Sheriff,
he sends the outlaws on a diversionary mission and writes a farewell letter to
Marian. Preparing to make his greatest sacrifice alone for King Richard and
England, Robin hopes to finish Shah Mat once and for all by killing all the
Black Knights.
As Robin enters the feast disguised as a Black Knight, he's in for a terrible
shock: Winchester is revealed to be corrupt and has double-crossed Robin, lining
him up for the Sheriff to kill. With Marian added as a sweetener to his deal,
Winchester has set Robin up. Surrounded by a roomful of enemies, Robin faces
certain death alone. Only with the help of his outlaw gang can he hope to fight
for his life...

Show Me The Money

Robin is determined to get hold of the Great Pact of Nottingham, written proof
of the Sheriff's treason. So when lovelorn knight John of York (John Hopkins)
and his chest of silver pass by Robin and the gang, and the Knight begs the
outlaws to take pity on him and save his girl, Robin formulates a plan.
The Knight is sent off not only with his money, but the gang's too. For Robin
intends to rob everything back once it reaches the castle by using York's silver
to locate where the Sheriff's treasure - including the Pact - is hidden.
As the outlaws gather at the castle shadowing York's chest, fate is about to
deal a devastating blow in the form of Gisborne's new right-hand man, Allan A
Dale. While Marian tends to Edward in the dungeons she overhears Allan earning
his keep by giving all of the outlaws' secret entrances away. Once Robin
realises that Marian's under threat too, he decides that England can wait:
Marian needs saving!
Edward, meanwhile, is spurred to action: if the Pact offers irrefutable evidence
of Prince John's treason, then he resolves to do all he can to retrieve it.
Escaping his dungeon, he locates the Pact of Nottingham in the Sheriff's secret
safe.
But, as Marian prevents Robin from silencing Allan, Edward is discovered
escaping Nottingham and concealing the pact - with tragic and life-changing
consequences for Marian...

Get Carter

Marian wakes up in Sherwood Forest on the first day of the rest of her life as
an outlaw with Robin and his gang. Surprising everyone with a new energy and
recklessness, however, she jeopardises the gang's mission to bring aid to Clun
Village after it's ransacked by the Sheriff's men.
The outlaws think their luck is in when Clun's new avenging hero, Carter (Joseph
Kennedy) - a fearless ex-Crusade fighter - arrives in the nick of time to help
them all out. Unfortunately, Carter just happens to be the Sheriff's hired
assassin, and the ransacking of Clun village has been staged to allow Carter
access to Robin. A man with a mortal hatred for all things Robin Hood, Carter is
tasked to infiltrate the camp and retrieve the Pact of Nottingham.
Carter's act is flawless, and he earns the gratitude of the outlaws - they even
take him back to camp to help him with his injuries. However, everyone seems to
be too busy squabbling about the new dynamics in the gang to notice they have an
assassin in their midst.
Marian, meanwhile, must contend with worried Gisborne's attentions as he sends
Allan out to track her down. Annoyed with Robin, Marian and Allan work together
to trick Gisborne into thinking she's become a nun.
Just when the gang's guards are completely down, Carter strikes a deadly blow
against each outlaw. But he's concealing a secret of his own - vengeful love for
a dead brother - for which he mistakenly blames Robin. As Robin gets to the root
of Carter's hatred, so he begins to understand the real Carter and sets about
rehabilitating him, and the greatest turnaround of this day will be the trick
that Carter - now Robin's man through and through - plays on the Sheriff of
Nottingham.

Lardner's Ring

A mortally wounded, one-legged messenger from King Richard flees Locksley Manor
pursued by Gisborne's men and ends up in the arms of Robin. With his dying
breath, he tells Robin that the King needs him to return to fight in the Holy
Land, and utters the word "Lardner".
The Sheriff is furious that the messenger got away, especially now that he and
Gisborne are also on the hunt for Lardner, having received a prediction from a
fortune-telling Fool (Mathew Horne - Gavin & Stacey) that the "ring of Lardner"
spells trouble. When Will and Djaq discover that Locksley Village is being
scoured for Lardner's ring, Djaq tells Robin what Lardner really is - a Saracen
carrier pigeon. Consequently, Robin's reply to King Richard will only take days
to reach him.
When Robin and Marian ride off to the last place they saw the King's messenger,
the gang sets about composing the note to the King. But, just as Robin and
Marian reach Lardner the pigeon, the Sheriff and Gisborne arrive. Surrounded,
and trapped in a tree, Robin and Marian realise that unless they resort to
desperate measures and the help of Fool they will face certain death.

Walkabout

Tormented by Robin Hood, The Sheriff sleepwalks straight into Sherwood Forest.
Unfortunately, he goes missing on the very day that Prince John's messenger,
Jasper, arrives to check all is well in Nottingham. By the time Gisborne raises
the alarm, Prince John's private army is already on its way, ready to raze
Nottingham at sunset. Drastic action is called for, so, while keeping up
appearances with Jasper, Gisborne and Marian secretly task Robin with tracking
down the Sheriff in the forest.
The Sheriff, meanwhile, is getting to grips with nature and embarks on a journey
of rediscovery. When he comes across some scheming beggars intent on fleecing
Robin, he realises he can get his hands on the Pact at last. Little John is
fooled by the Sheriff's brilliant, blind, poor-man act and brings the enemy
right into the heart of the camp.
As sunset and oblivion draw closer, and Prince John's army looms on the horizon,
Gisborne risks his life standing by Marian as they fight together to save the
people of Nottingham. Only Robin can save them now...

Treasure of the Nation

The Sheriff has turned Locksley into a garrison town, throwing its people out
to make room for an army of vicious mercenaries. As Robin and the outlaws
formulate a response plan to stop them, they are intercepted by three burly
King's Guards, led by the fearsome Legrand (Stephen Beckett) who brings a vital
message from King Richard.
The King has sent coded information concealing plans to move his thesaurus
patriae (treasure of the nation). Torn, Robin decides that he must help the
King, even if it means forsaking Locksley. However, Marian believes Locksley
must be protected and soon the Nightwatchman is in action, wreaking vengeance on
the mercenaries. But Gisborne and Allan are ready for trouble, and Marian finds
herself cornered, and then finally unmasked by Gisborne. Her secret is out, and
Gisborne swears she will die as punishment for her treachery.
Robin is cornered, too - the Sheriff has already killed Legrand's contact, and
the man Robin and company meet is really the Sheriff's spy, feeding back all
information about the treasure hunt.
As the Sheriff and Robin discover, everyone is in for a surprise when King
Richard's treasure turns out to be neither gold nor jewellery...

A Good Day To Die

Robin and the Outlaws arrive at a barn for Robin's birthday party, only to find
that they are surrounded by The Sheriff's mercenaries and will not be let out
alive.
The Outlaws share their secrets with one another whilst the traitor, Allan A
Dale, realises that The Sheriff and Gisborne are heading to the Holy Land to
kill the King. Fearless Marian takes it upon herself to stop The Sheriff in his
tracks, while Allan must choose his allegiance.
Will Robin realise that the mercenaries are merely there to distract him from
The Sheriff's new dastardly plan, and will Allan come to his senses?

There is a contribution album in the groups for fans and co-moderators to donate
pictures. It's only for stills and poses from the show, as the owner of the
fanabse prefer to provide her own screencaps, you get better results if you do
your own, but she'd love help with gathering stills and poses from the series
anything as long as it has something to do with Sir Guy or Lady Marian.

Frequently ask questions! Wheee! What fun!!!!!

1-Why is this group dedicated to only the characters Sir Guy and Lady Marian
interact with?

A-They're my favourite characters in the show, I hope they get together, and
stay together! I think there is still hope for Guy :) Also, Yahoo doesn't
provide enough space to cover all of the characters, so I decided to focus on
these two. Perhaps if yahoo added more space, 100 mb just isn't enough for HQ
screencaps, returned the picture upload tool and sub-album feature I may add
more characters.

2-Why can't members add their own images?

A-It's easier for me to do it as I've got a particular way to add stuff. But
moderators can have whatever pic they like on the mainpage.

3-What is the moderator's job?

A-Change the mainpage, post stuff, create polls, promote the groups.

4-How do I become a moderator?

A-Write to me, tell me what you can do to help the group, etc.

That's it, if you have anymore questions, let me know. I might add them here.

:) Leah.

Just a thought. I was reading a fic about Guy & Marian on DF and I noticed how
biased the readers seemed toward Guy and practically lashed out at Marian
because she made a little mistake which ended up making Goggy boy a little
cranky.
I think it's a shame that the female characters seem attract so much dislike,
even hatred. Though on some levels the women characters are not angels. Isabella
is a good example. However. look at what she has had to endure. No wonder she
went mad the poor thing. And Maz. She fought for what she believed in. She died
for she believed in. That's a very brave thing to do. Not that ppl should go out
and do that, but it is admirable in quite a few ways. Plus she wasn't a cold
heartless bitch. She didn't like decieving guy. She wanted to help him and he
let her down. She had every right to be mad at him.

I'm not saying that the blokes are evil. I'm saying that I think it's a bit of a
shame that a lot of the sympathy goes to the men. Why not look both ways?

It was so good to see RH & Maz with strong chemistary as lovers for a change.
That scene was so nice. JA even looked less like the care bear from Hell and
managed to reciprecate Lucy's lovely, strong tenderness.

Still a MAG fan, but it was gorgeous. And I even cried. Funny didn't cry when
Guy died.
