At this stage I am not sure whether I will be there or not as I'm a bit
crook at the moment. Hopefully by Saturday I'll be feeling better and
will
be able to make it along although I'm not sure if I'll be training.

If I'm able to make it I'll bring some soft-drinks, crisps, a range of
muffins and fruit.

Regards,

Martin

Subject: [AikiYuishinSyd] December Intensive and Xmas party

Hi everyone

The St Clair dojo is hosting this month's intensive and a xmas party
afterwards. You are asked to bring something to contribute to the party.

For instance, Anne and Graham are bringing coleslaw, Jean will bring a
pasta
dish and Kate is bringing some dips, breads and Christmas cake, as well
as
some paper plates, plastic cups and plastic forks.

To help with arrangements, could you please post to the list whether or
not
you will be there and what you are going to bring.

Oh yes, I'll bring ... um ... some nice cheese and maybe a pate.

Does anyone have ideas / equipment for games for the kids? French
cricket
maybe? There is a playground at the community centre.

Program is:

9 to 10 kids class

10 to 12 adults

12 onwards party

The address of the dojo is St Clair Youth and Community Centre, Cooks
Parade, St Clair

best regards

Andrew

Hi Andrew, There's a great Aiki game you can play with the kids. Aptly called enemy/defender. It's pretty easy to play and burns a lot of energy. Basically,...
