Please note attendance is limited and there are only about 10 spots left.

Pre-payment will really help us reduce admin on the day, but mostly we'd like to know if you want to take advantage of the Japanese-style lunch for only $5 per lunch. This will help a lot with planning.

I attended Maruyama Sensei's seminars in Europe this year and he has some fantastic new stuff including footwork, another shinkage-ryu kata, principles for preventing uke from stepping, new ideas on stability and much more.
