Subject: [AussieFeltmakers] ATC swaps in photo albumHi all
I am SO GLAD I hosted this ATC swap because the array of work that has come in is so very interesting. I’ve scanned two ATC’s from each participating artist and put them in an “ATC Swap 2006” album in the photos section:

When you click the link above you’ll be taken to yahoo groups sign in page, then it will let you into our photo album area.
Allison Pitt joined the swap at the last minute – so glad you did, Allison as your layered and carved ATCs are so unique – in fact, I’d have to say they are exciting! I’d like to hear the steps involved.
Meg Smart-Firman sent cards with a variety of em
bel lishments. She’s obviously a talented machine embroiderer as well as a feltmaker.
’s work shows great textures and composition in Outback colours with minimal hand stitching to compliment the work. Jill ian Cain
Wendy Burgess also played around with inclusions and em
bel lishments. Are those Angelina fibres in your purple nuno flower card? Very neatly finished cards, I might add.
Sandie O’Neill’s show-stopping needle felting is to die for. You’ll all love the pixie face on the card I scanned for the photo album.
Stacey Apeitos – that’s me. I played around with blanket stitch on some of my cards and machine embroidery on others.
I have Natalie on my list of participants – possibly her cards will arrive this week. Can you let me know if you are sending something, Natalie? Once I know if Natalie is in the mix still or not, the swaps won’t be far off being mailed to participants.
Thanks to the gals who sent stuff in.
Regards
Stacey
