Its not easy working in isolation and I as we are doing an art that is
really not huge in this country yet, isolation is a big factor. I attend a
fibre group fortnightly, mainly to just have like minded people to be with.

I try to attend workshops meetings etc of other groups but with two school
age children who are involved in karate, and music, I don't have a lot of
time and weekends become a bit sacred.

Hope that this group will develop into a place where we can break down a
bit of that isolation. Doesn't really matter what size this group is as
long as it is meeting a need.

Don't know why the pics wont load, need to look into that, otherwise email
them to me and I will have a go.

Will keep my ear to the ground on the rigid heddle but they don't seem to
come up a lot. I have a rigid heddle (Kromski) and love it, though it is
packed away at the moment.
