Good Morning All

Very cold start today, almost -3 and the fire wood is frozen to the wheelbarrow and the shed door is frozen shut.

 

Wendy, you have been so busy, I got 4 felted hats of to Alice, 2 for sale 2 for the competition.

 

I will be going to Bendigo as a trader, I hope, haven't heard if I have a space yet.

Sold lots of stock at the convergence and after so trying to get my stock up again,

 

Have done a complete revamp of my web site , or should say my web master Bevlea Ross has. If any of you would like me to put links to your site from mine, I would be happy to do it but need the information right away.

 

Only done very little felting, slippers for year old granddaughter and one scarf, trying the felting in the front loader washing machine method no rolling -Hey! It works.  Tried a batt as well with good results but think I can improve on it.Didn't even wet the batt. Have any of you tried it?

 

My daughter showed me felt items advertised in donna hay magazine the winter addition. Bags, folded not stitched that opens to a floor mat, cushions, Flowers , place mat with cut out design and , my favourite, a felt bird house. Lots of new felting book coming on line. Take a look at Amazon . Felt seems to be the flavour of the month.

 

Did any of you see the felting machine at Convergence, what did you think? Is it worth the price?
