Hello Fellow Aussie Feltmakers
Welcome to Purple! Purple and Burgundy are my favourite colours and I seem to see these two colours popping up in everything that I make, just about. So, it seems that you are within a circle of friends already by joining this group. Welcome, and I hope that we will have many discussions on line.
Natalie, it is nice to have you back on board....sorry I have been a bit quiet too of late, but it is nice to read that your life is getting back together.
I have been in a world of limbo since returning from overseas.....I lived out of a suitcase for the past 6 months at my BIL's place, looking after his house while he went away for 2 of them. Then a unit came up not very far away from where my Mum and Dad live, so I was lucky enough to be able to lease it and have been busy all this past week moving in and also working at a new
job for the past 3 weeks.
So....when I finally finish my unpacking, I can get serious again about the feltmaking, which I have been missing doing.
The embellesher that I bought sits there patiently waiting for me to have a crack at it too.....all in good time.
Meg, I am glad that you really enjoyed Chelsea and England in general. But welcome home anyway.
I am sorry Sandie that I cannot offer to become List Mother in your place......I operate only a lap top computer, hardly any time with my shift working job and I do not get to this machine every day......and besides, after being at a computer at work all day, one does not like to get on it for very long in the evening.
Wendy, I am interested in doing another fibre swap......glad that you can take up the spot and co-ordinate that one.....Just let us know the
details.
Keep the felting dreams alive
