Ok, I will take the plunge. Good morning to you all. I hope everyone is well, enjoying the fine weather and felting like mad.

I finally got brave and held my first felting workshop yesterday, it went really well, except I completely underestimated the time it would take. Lucky I had told the students when they booked that it might take longer. But they all went home happy with a wet felted bag. I have put some photos on the aussiefeltmakers yahoo site.

Now to interesting business. I haven’t organised a swap before but I am happy to give it ago. I thought maybe a Xmas decoration swap, that gives us plenty of time to get ready. Everyone will post their decorations to me and I will swap them around and post them out to all participants. Depending on how many sign up , will dictate how many we make each.

Let me know if you want to be in it. I will work out a date for the items to be with me, probably Oct 31st and guidelines.

Now, I will say this, not to be mean or upset anyone. I perfectly understand that life gets in the way of the best intentions. Please don’t sign up if you can’t meet the commitment, it lets everyone else down. Having said that no-one will sign up now, will they? LOL
