Welcome to the group. I hope that you find that we are friendly & useful
for your needs.

I belong to The Victorian Feltmakers Inc. This may interest you, Lucy,
as the meetings are in Hartwell, they are quite easy to get to, with
public transport close by. We are a thriving group, with felters of all
levels of skills, who like to get together. Our website is

Our group has meetings second monthly. We also have a number of talented
people who run classes in various aspects of felting, at none meeting
times, if you are interested. (on meeting days, we don't have classes,
as such, but often have short demonstrations of a technique, or talks
about an aspect of felting and/or other interesting related things.

VicFelt, as the group is affectionately known, also has a large
membership of people who can't make it to meetings often. The newsletter
is very informative. We welcome visitors & new members. ( you can visit
