Hi all

Hi all feltettes,

Hope all are well and busy. Kids back at school next week. I went back to work this week, what a drag.

The Coffs Harbour spinners and weavers group had an exhibition last week at the botanical gardens. It was great fun and things were sold, even though it was pretty hot. I was surprised I did not think people would buy such things in the summer. But there you go, they did.

Don’t forget Fridays, members of the group can list things they wish to sell.

An idea I had, and wanted to ask what others thought, was sending a small felted gift to members of the group that may be having sad times, or ill health, to cheer them up. Just one thing each.

I belong to scquilters and when someone is having a bad time, members sent a 6inch heart block to that person. Then they can make up a quilt if they wish. Members are not obliged to send anything if they do not wish to and it is only for members. What do others think?
