Hi, I would like to introduce myself. I'm Jennifer and I joined this
group a little while ago. You seem like a really close and imaginative
community of felters.

I have been felting on and off for about 8 years. I learned while
teaching early childhood in a steiner school and now that I am not
teaching and am at home with my 2 children (4 years old and 14 months
old)I have more time for felting and am building up a business
supplying Ashford fleece. I am also building up another business as a
marriage celebrant on the gold coast.

I'd love to know some sources of other fleece, more naturally coloured
than Ashford, just for my own felting. I haven't got into dying or
painting the wool yet....feels way too messy with my two little
stickybeaks around! Otherwise I'd have a go at making my own colours.
Australia doesn't have many bright bright greens in it's landscape,
and certainly not in this drought!
