Hello All

It has turned cold here and one's thoughts turn to warm hats & slippers.

Got a few hats on the go. They are samples to take to Alice Springs for the Beanie Feasible where I am teaching needle felted hats . We will drive from here as I am looking forward to some time away.

Also working on new hat kits for reversible hats. They well contain 2 different colours. The one I made last night was Eggplant & Lichen, also have done Deep Red and Moss, and Grey and Hibiscus. 

This morning I carded some batts, 50/50 black baby Alpaca and superfine black hand dyed fine Merino. I want to try making a scarf. The batts feel very soft and silky, hope the felt will be the same. If they are successful I will have 5 or 6 for sale. 

Forecasting snow for tomorrow. Hope it doesn't happen.
