One scores Triple J Unearthed Number One

For the first time one of this years Grow Yourw Own bands has scored the coveted
Triple J unearthed Number one spot

Sydneys very own HAILER (pictured below) have been in the charts for a short
while but this week have hit the top position.

The boys are stoked and they will of course be celebrating hard at tomorrow
night's listening party at The Ruby Rabbit with guest DJ Dan Haak from FBI
spinning the album
plus The Tracks and Matt Heath laying some acoutic versions on the crowd.

Many of the bands have already received major airplay such as The Black Stars,
Angelik and The V.U.E and were selected from over 300 submissions. The bands
either recorded their track from scratch at Damien Gerard Studios in Balmain or
submitted a finished Master recording.

This release follows the long tradition of Grow Your Own cd's running for over a
decade now and providing an excellent tastemaker snapshot of up and coming acts
from around the country for both industry and consumers alike. The album is OUT

music.Completely diverse, this is a musical education on one disc.
