Emergency doctor turned adult contemporary artist Jeff Cashen, is about to
exchange his stethoscope for a guitar, to promote his brand new debut album
‘Threads’. With a short east coast tour planned for June, Jeff Cashen is also
hoping to exchange patients for punters.

The East Coast tour is underway with melbourne's show tomorrow night at
Manchester Lane promising to be a great one, then the show for Sydney at ‘The
Vanguard’ on Tuesday June 19. All gigs start at 8pm with supports from local
acts in each city. ‘The Vanguard’ is Sydney’s premier live music venue
showcasing new and established artists in a classy and intimate setting. Tickets
are selling fast and booking is recommended. Tickets can be purchased at

Determined to provide a fresh alternative in the adult contemporary genre,
Cashen provides all the emotional lyrical fodder of Pete Murray and David Gray,
and couple’s it with luscious production and infectious grooves.

Jeff will launch the album produced by Melbourne producer Steve Scanlon, with a
3-piece band of hand picked session musicians. Cashen has had a great response
to his music and forthcoming album so far through myspace, with over 12,000 hits
to date. ‘Threads’ will also be available on itunes, is distributed by Fogsongs,
and will feature on the successful ‘Sounds Like Café’ series.

For those with a little class about their taste in music, Jeff Cashen and his
