Home Grown Roots Vol 3 Launch at the fabulous LIZOTTES in Kincumber on the
Central Coast - only 1 hour out of town.

Following on from last years highly successful debut, Home Grown Roots
returns for Volume 3 with an AMAZING lineup of established and unsigned
Australian blues, roots and acoustic artists. Home Grown Roots is out now on
Foghorn Records through MGM distribution.

The Lizottes night is also Nick and Liesls Central Coast launch of their
extremelly popular EP 'Wyong River' already receiving airplay on the ABC and
Triple J.

Featuring performances by Karl Broadie, Nick and Liesl and Daxton
Karl Broadie: One Million Emeralds is the third full length album from Broadie
since shifting to the southern shores ofAustralia. His two previous albums,
Nowhere Now Here (Laughing Outlaw Records 2003) and Black CrowCallin (Universal
Music Australia 2005) launched him onto the Australian music landscape, and
hisperformances at numerous music festivals, including Port Fairy Folk Festival,
Queenscliff and the GympieMuster, resulted in expanding his already strong fan
base.His Home Grown Roots Offering 'Chammomile Days' sits in the coveted top 5
position on the CD and is a highlight of the live set.


NICK AND LIESL: Just back from their second european tour, these two unique
voices, flowing hamonies and captiving songs, are coming from two
singer/songwriters with influences ranging from Nick's love of Cat Stevens and
James Taylor to Liesl's classical songbooks and the local folk music of her
childhood home Sweden. Currently playing on the ABC Local Network and Triple J.

DAXTON: Local Centyral Coast lad follwoing up from his well received track on
the volume two cd in 2007 Daxtons new tune Moody Liz highlights his
extraordinary slide playing - dont miss the live set!.
