Swan is set to release her latest single "Calling The Sky"(Vitamin)



Since coming to Australia's attention via Triple J, Mei Lai Swan has impressed
listeners and critics alike with her captivating live show and exceptional
song-writing ability. Drawing comparisons with artists such as Tori Amos, Bjork
and Fiona Apple, Mei Lai Swan's debut EP "The Morning Tree" attracted attention
to her unique style of lyrical avant-pop driven by her consummate cello playing
and vocal delivery.



Mei Lai Swan's new single "Calling The Sky" is available exclusively now via
iTunes. This gorgeous piece of smart pop with its piano driven rhythm shows a
new depth to her song-writing whilst retaining an inviting glimpse into an
intriguing new star.



"Calling The Sky" will be supported by a national tour kicking off in Tasmania
on Oct 31 and is a feature track on Soundslikecafe Volume 24 .
