Michael Peter is currently on his "My Favourite Tour" journey. Encompassing

The Sydney launch is at BAR ME, THURSDAY MARCH 19TH

NSW Central Coast-based singer songwriter Michael Peter is releasing his debut
album, "Something Along Those Lines" in March 2009. Michael will be touring
nationwide in February and March on the My Favourite Tour launching the single
from the album, "My Favourite". Michael wrote "Something Along Those Lines"
while touring Australia for most of last year, playing in sold out venues across
Australia, promoting his 2 EP's "The 25 Paper Planes EP" (2007) and "Patched Up
Heart" (2008) both of which received Triple J airplay.

"Patched Up Heart" had the Sunday Telegraph describing him as an "earnest,
raw, promising new artist". The single "Last I Heard" again received national
airplay including Triple J and Nova, as well as many local stations.

"Something Along Those Lines" was produced by Michael himself in collaboration
with former LA producer/engineer Andrew Beck

The tour launching the first single "My Favorite" will visit all the capitals
and some regional towns.

See myspace for full gig listings. http://www.myspace.com/michaelpetermusic

DANIEL DAWES
STRANGE THINGS

FOG/MGM

Cat No. FOGDD922

Digital Release. March 1st

Retail Release. In Store March 16

What will follow Winter? For Daniel Dawes, founding member of Sydney based
psych-rock outfit The Winters, this was the question being asked as his band
began to succumb to the pressures that often plague indie groups. With The
Winters temporarily on hiatus the way was clear for Dawes to take his chances as
a solo act, a move that led to the assembly of a "band" (for want of a better
term) comprising likeminded members of various Sydney groups and the recording
of his debut album. "STRANGE THINGS" has a distinct up tempo guitar pop flavour
- a perfect match for the hot summer.

Daniel has a series of shows in and around Sydney to support the release - all
dates are available at;

The Sydney Retail Launch is at.THE SUPPER CLUB, WEDNESDAY MARCH 25

This year sees Freya Hanly releasing her second studio album "Quiver",
carefully crafted over the last few years and her finest work to date. The album
truly is a reflection of the dedicated passion that has been put into it and is
an outstanding showcase of both the uplifting full-band feel of songs like
"Evaporate" and "Cow For Sale", as well as Freya's gifted style of composition
in the more ambient, awe-inspiring track "Don't Follow Me". Freya has played
over 500 shows, including a tour to Ireland in 2007, as well as having been
nominated twice for WAM song of the Year and the ASA Songwriter of the Year.

Already receiving ABC airplay, Freya recently supported Leonard Cohen at the
Perth Day on the Green.

Freya will be touring the East Coast in MAY.

version of the Justin Timberlake hit which was a popular part of their live
touring set - stay tuned for the new orginal album later this year.
