FOGSONGS NEWS

NEW SIGNINGS;

Fogsongs Music Publishing are proud to announce these three diverse new signings
to worldwide publishing agreements

New to the roster are Newcastle's own physcobilly band, Checkered Fist, English
born music genius, John Kennedy, and spoken word artist, Marcus Cornelius, who
co-wrote with other Fogsongs writers to provide the backing for his latest album
currently being performed in London.

With intercontinental success, John Kennedy has returned to Australia to record
his latest album, 'Is This Not Paris?' with his single of the same name
featuring on Australia's most essential blues and roots compilation; 'Home Grown
Roots Vol. 4'. The 'Is This Not Paris?' album launch will be held at Newtown's
Vanguard on the 30th September.

Checkered Fist are Invading Australia's stages with a torrent of frenzied tunes
from their debut EP 'Psychobilly Unleashed'(MGM), fasterlouder exalts the band's
performing and recording abilities, stating what we already know..."these dudes
seriously rock".

Marcus Cornelius, another of Foghorn's remarkably innovative and incredibly
unique performers is blowing the minds of London audiences with his spoken word
album tour, Love's Victory. This exceptional artist is sure to set the
foundation for a career not unlike Henry Rollins, proverbial father of the
spoken word, though with very different sentiments.

IN OTHER NEWS....

Foghorn's most successful artists are showing the world why Australia is fast
becoming the hotbed for musical prodigies, with several independent
international tours underway in Europe and North America.

ABC Award winning duo, Nick and Leisl are impressing European fans with a 30
show tour through Denmark, Germany, Czech Republic, The Netherlands, France and
Belgium.

Featured on Triple J's 'Unearthed', 'Roots and All' and 'Home n Hosed' segments,
The Rosie Burgess Trio are creating a phenomenon with their North American Tour
which kicked off on 3rd September in Sutter Creek, California.

At least one of Foghorn's gifted musicians, Travis Caudle, is quenching the
musical thirst of Australians with a Western Australian tour kicking off in
September, before continuing on to America in October to promote his new album
'Signals' with the US tour taking in both coasts including two NYC showcases and
even a stop in Ohio.
