compilation offers the perfect blend of Aussie 'Blues and Roots' tunes.



Recently the world has witnessed an unprecedented resurgence of acoustic, blues,
roots and reggae artists with the likes of Jack Johnson, Ben Harper, The Waifs
and Australia's favourite; John Butler Trio.



Showcasing Australia's best vocals in the acoustic scene. Pouring out their
hearts and souls; Home Grown Roots can be described as heart felt new age
Australian folk. It is what modern blues and roots is all about.

Released on the 17th of July, there has been a huge amount of positive feedback
from all easy listening fans with the first two showcases with them almost
selling out. With a brand new line up of amazing artists for the third showcase
on the 26th of September; they will truly impress all who attend.



This showcase will also include an exclusive Sydney performance from the
SoundsLikeCafe and Byron Bay duo; Kolliope. They will be launching their new
remix of their song 'Airborn' done by the production team 'Karbunkle and Tuft'



Different tracks from the Home Grown Roots compilation have been getting airplay
on Triple J, Nova 96.9, Tune FM, FBI , many other community stations and on
