Dear All:
Please, please let us not get bogged down here - each of these issues are far
and away more important than such a minor argument. It would be a disaster if we
start breaking up and hurting each other's feelings over such things
I do agree that sometimes people are getting off the track of the main subject
of the group which is (and should, I believe, remain) about climate change - but
it is hard not to have some overlap as climate change is related to, and
interlocks with, so many other issues. However, when the subject is clearly
something like David Hick's unenviable position or primarily about Aboriginal
issues which do not involve land management, would it not be possible to post
them on the old Greens Activist site instead? I believe I is still going at:
green-activist@...
Come on friends, keep together! It is essential we remain strong and undivided!
And a big thank you to Anne for putting the hard work in and making this forum
available to us all,
John Hill

Subject: [ClimateChangeAction] Graciousness
Thankyou Anne,
Will somebody please now open a Yahoo Group for (a) The
Aboriginal cause that Anne holds dear, and (b) the David Hicks case in
which one man's pointless, cruel and inexcusable treatment
increasingly troubles us.
It's not hard.
Anne, I believe that going about things this way will not detract from
your special Causes, but will enhance them.
Best wishes,
Peter Bright
