Dear Members

Firstly I would like to say hi to all the new members who have
recently joined.
Our Yahoo Group membership now totals 70!
It has been a great honour for me to watch this little group develop
and grow into such a wonderful resource of intelligent minds
contributing towards positive actions to mitigate the worst effects
of Climate Change.

I hope our new members find the informative discussions on Climate
Change issues and Action contained within this group to be of the
highest quality.

Please do not be shy in posting to the group.
We are a friendly bunch who want to see our children HAVE a future.

Do you have any ideas for action which will help our planet (and all
her species) survive via the mitigation of worst effects of Climate
Change?
Do you know of a new technology?
If so, please jump in and share with our older membership.

Finally, i would like to extend a HUGE Thank You to Clemens... we now
have an online conference room available within our website. This
service has been provided to us without any charge.

I hope that this online conference room becomes a central focus point
for our members, an instant way for us all to get together, 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week... instantly!
This room can be used for local and global meeting of minds, without
the need to commute anywhere. Paper trails are eliminated by the
exchange of files either through the Yahoo Group or by attaching
files to posts to the website. Also, the membership function at the
website is now working. Please consider signing up to the website
membership, perhaps members may like to start up their own blog
within the website just as Rob from Belguim and I have done.

I hope our global members and their friends will seriously consider
the full utilisation of this free technology before expending our
precious energy resources on commuting across the country/planet to
meet face to face with their peers and in the process eleminate the
associated generation of wasteful paper trails and cash resouces.
