The US annual per capita GHG pollution (27 tonnes CO2-e per person per year)
is currently about 30 times that of Bangladesh or Pakistan, about 12 times
India's, 9 times the Developed World's, 5 times China's and about 4 times
the World average. Obama's flawed Waxman-Markey ETS Bill permits a US 2020
per capita GHG pollution value over 4 times greater than the BAU value for
the Developing World - climate racism and climate terrorism leading to
climate genocide (10 billion predicted to die due to unaddressed, man-made

Unfortunately Australia is even worse. "Annual per capita greenhouse gas
(GHG) pollution" in units of "tonnes CO2-equivalent per person per year" is
presently 0.9 (Bangladesh), 0.9 (Pakistan), 2.2 (India), 3.1 (Developing
World), 5.5 (China), 6.7 (the World), 11 (Europe), 16 (Developed World), 23
(Canada), 27 (the US) and 30 (Australia; or 54 if Australia's huge Exported

Simple analysis (using authoritative data from the US Energy Information
Administration, the US Environment Protection Authority and the UN
Population Division) shows that this policy means that the Australian
Government will only agree to "annual per capita GHG emissions" in "tonnes
CO2-e per person per year" in 2020 of 17.2 (Domestic) and 44.8 (Domestic
plus Exported) provided the Developed World achieves 8.9 and the Developing
World 3.0. This is dog-in-the-manger climate terrorism, climate injustice
