Greetings,

I am currently restoring my recently purchased Corsair 157 soon to be
named "Godspeed". I am search for best practice for riging and
launching the spinnaker? I have been told by an "Old salt" that my
boat is completly stock standard and original. Currently the boat has
these 2 aluminum plates that are fitted to each side in the middile of
the boat right on the back rest of the seat. These plates have a
fairlead and a camcleat and a saddle on each which I have used once
with the sheet feeding from a fairlaed on each side of the gunnal at
the rear. The rig seemed OK, but I thought that someone out there
might be doing better. There is not many other boats here in the
Illawarra to compare with. I would alos like to know if anyone out
there uses a bag to store and launch there spinnaker from? I was
thinking of having one hanging on each side of the mast. I would
really love to hear some other point of veiw on this.

Regards

Tim
