We were looking at making it out of steel, then getting it hot dipped. This
would be a fair bit cheaper than aluminium? The main weight would be supported
by a canvas sling.

Unfortunately I don't have measurements, however if no-one manages to
find a design for one I can probably do one up (before my current job
