Welcome to the sister group to Darebin Freecycle™. This is the place to offer or ask for all those things that don't quite fit the regular Freecycle™ bill. We cover the both the Northern and Western regions of Melbourne.

Why our own Cafe? Because with Work Choices, job security is highly debatable. Wages are down. Shift loadings have been cut. Money is tight. Petrol costs the Earth. And Melbourne is BIG! If we can trade things more locally, so much the better for all concerned!

So what goods are welcome here? Well all the kinds of things that you can't post at the regular group. The list includes:

Fruits & Vegetables; Plants, Pets, Competitions, and many more things. A full list can be found in the files section to the left.

Naturally the normal rules of netiquette apply. We do not allow spamming of any kind. This includes JOKES, CUTE EMAILS, DATING URLS, or other general rubbish we all get.

Please let's have some manners and have no flaming or nastiness. If a problem arises with any member, please let the mods know immediately. We will deal with it.
