Welcome to the trip swap list! The FA Trip Swap List was created to allow an easy forum via email / the Internet for flexibility in our rosters via trip, roster and annual leave swaps. The way the system works if you have a pattern, roster or leave you wish to swap, or particular trips you would prefer to work, you will need to register with this Group. Once you have registered and received an email confirming this, you are able to participate. To join this group you will need register with Yahoo. First click on JOIN THIS GROUP: the option at the top Right Hand corner of this Main Page. Follow the prompted instructions to register with Yahoo, and to join this group. Once you have registered, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your address.
When you would like to swap a trip or annual leave, click on the "Post" option on the left hand side menu. This will automatically open a new composition email, which is addressed to the whole email group.

These options automatically address your email to everyone registered in this group. A suggested format for the body of the message is: Greeting, Swap request … … (e.g. Pattern number, Leave dates, Roster) Pattern: … Date of Departure: … Regards, FA … Email address: … Phone number (optional)
Another good tip is to write as your "Subject" of the email, the pattern number you wish to swap, or leave dates.

Anyone able to assist will then individually reply to you, and hopefully personal roster adjustments will be happily made through a trip swap. Through further promotion of this system, we may be able to gain some flexibility in our lives! The more the merrier!
