As I watched the Terri Schiavo situation continue to deteriorate, in truth, what has been going on the past weeks comes as no surprise. The condition of our judicial system has been a boil festering for many years and is finally erupting and oozing toxic puss as it becomes an instrument of special interests and not the law. Mel Gibson hit it right on the head the night before Terri died when he was interviewed via telephone by Shawn Hannity. Gibson said there will be less social security recipients by murdering off the defenseless, the melt down of our culture and society has been done incrementally and that he no longer has any faith or confidence in the courts. I believe Gibson's comments reflect the feelings of millions of Americans.
Well, it's all over. Terri died this morning. Even at the end, her adulterous husband denied her family the right to be with her.
However, it all started a decade ago with one local judge, George Greer. A judge who took only the word of a cheating husband and who ignored every single humane request regarding the care of Terri throughout the years. Judge Greer, one man who ignored every doctor and sworn witness on Terri's side during all the legal wrangling regarding her case. The one and only paramount issue for Judge Greer was that the cheating, compromised husband suddenly remembered seven years after the "incident" that in passing, his wife made some comment about being kept alive artificially, which she wasn't as we all know. In the end, there was no justice, only mean justice.
Actually 'Mean Justice' is the name of a book by Pulitzer Prize winning author, Edward Humes. In my "leisure" time I read murder mysteries because I love to solve puzzles. When I purchased Mean Justice I actually thought it was a work of fiction. What it turned out to be is the true story of a man named Pat Dunn who was charged with the murder of his wife down in Bakersfield, California. This painstakingly documented book will shock anyone who reads it because it's true and it is happening all over this country.
Mean Justice is about how the local DA, a power mad politician and the local coppers hid witnesses, concealed evidence and literally destroyed one man in their quest for power. This is the raw story of how one innocent man was persecuted by the courts who turned a blind eye to what was right in front of them. In Mean Justice, one will also get a good overview of another famous child molestation case down in that area (Kern County) which resulted in the destruction of hundreds of families, innocent Americans who served a decade or more in state prison and eventually released because they were innocent. Towards the end of this book, Humes also gives examples of case after case where the courts, the DAs and the cops helped convict innocent people because they- those sworn to uphold the law - cheated the system.
Dollars to donuts these same DAs, prosecutors, judges and cops all go to church every Sunday. They are "pillars" of the community, yet they lie and cheat the system to put more notches on their belts as they dispense "justice." The truth doesn't matter. The evidence or lack of evidence no longer matters, only winning and advancing one's political career, promotion within the department or on the bench. Mean Justice will sicken you and the frightening part is - it's all true and Humes did a phenomenal job in documenting every step of that case and others.
Judge Greer is not an anomaly in this country. He is the norm. The lack of any action on the part of the Pinellas County District Attorney to step in and investigate the allegations against Michael Schiavo is not an anomaly in this country, it is the norm. The lack of action by Governor Jeb Bush in backing up the Department of Children and Family Services in their quest to rescue Terri is the norm. Cowardice is now commonplace while justice takes a back seat to power politics, advancement in careers and Sheriff's who don't have one ounce of testosterone. They bow to the robes - even when the order is murder.
Judge Andrew Napolitano has written a powerful book on the corruption within our court system and I strongly encourage everyone to read his book, Constitutional Chaos. Judge Napolitano went through a big, personal epiphany when he was elevated to the bench. It opened his eyes and his book is a must read, give it as a gift. America needs to see the true state of affairs with our judicial system because no one is safe any longer. Not Terri Schiavo, not retired high-school principal, Pat Dunn, not even you.
The media hysteria surrounding high profile cases like Robert Blake and Michael Jackson only feed the need of truly brain dead Americans for salacious details provided by completely biased commentators on networks like Court TV. There is no impartiality by their anchor divas on any of these high profile cases. Believe me. I work at home and have the luxury of being able to monitor what the working man and woman can't because they're out in the work force. Little do people who watch this type of television "justice" realize what they're seeing isn't justice, most of the time it's lynching by the media and Terri's case is a good example.

"Special Report re Harmful Error: Investigating America's Local Prosecutors/(WASHINGTON, June 26, 2003) -- Local prosecutors in many of the 2,341 jurisdictions across the nation have stretched, bent or broken rules to win convictions, the Center for Public Integrity has found. Since 1970, individual judges and appellate court panels cited prosecutorial misconduct as a factor when dismissing charges, reversing convictions or reducing sentences in over 2,000 cases."
These corrupt public servants as I said before are "pillars" of the community, they go to church on Sunday and lie on Monday. My cousin is sitting in a state prison in Oregon; he's in his third of an eight year term. In pre-trial motions, under discovery, his public defender produced internal documents which proved the child protective services social worker lied to get a warrant which removed his two children and took his wife into state custody. The judge had to throw out seven felony counts, but refused to dismiss the last one which carried the highest jail time. Count coup because my cousin was convicted. The county had to justify the expenditure of hundreds of thousands of dollars on his case, so they lied to the jury under oath. Right now, it looks as if my cousin's conviction will get over turned; his attorney has filed a civil rights lawsuit against the county. However, his two children were adopted out, lost to him forever and the state still has "custody" of his wife. They have placed her in some mental institution and since her parents can't be found, her life is also destroyed.
My cousin's life is ruined. He lost his little home, his wife, his two children (ages 10 mos and 3 years when they were snatched). His friends took his dog and horses and continue to care for them. All because of one social worker who lied to get a warrant. A woman who is still employed by the county, who suffered no adverse actions for what she did, which was lie to get a search and snatch warrant. The coppers backed her up throughout the nightmare and the judge backed up all of them. My cousin is a God fearing Christian man who never hurt a flea. He loved his wife and children. He worked hard and never bothered anyone. Now, he prays in the jail cell where he sits waiting for "justice." I pray it comes soon. I'm the only member of my family to drive those few hundred miles to visit him. Anyone who has ever been to a state prison knows what I mean when I say those places are big time reality.
The corruption within our legal and judicial systems is breeding anarchy. The counterfeit U.S. Senate has refused to remove all but a couple of federal judges in the past one hundred years. Judge George Greer should be impeached, but I doubt the Florida State Legislature has the stones to impeach him. I am hopeful that Terri's parents will file a wrongful death lawsuit against the cheating husband and all the documents that have been hidden from them over the past 15 years will finally reveal the truth - including any illegal activities by Judge Greer.
I have been pounding on the issue of the U.S. Senate removing bad federal judges, including the U.S. Supreme Court for at least a decade. I have written about it until I'm blue in the face. Is there any way to restore the integrity of our judicial system? Yes. Operation Clean Sweep. There is no longer any time for fun and games, playing on the weekends or taking that cruise through the Mediterranean. Americans must get rid of these corrupt officials and the only way that is going to happen is to sweep them all out of office. Operation Clean Sweep covers this in great detail.
Terri Schiavo isn't the first person to be murdered by the courts and she won't be the last. When George Bush, Jr. was Governor of Texas, he signed legislation that allows the state to remove live sustaining measures for a loved one against the wishes of the family. "Wake up America" has become just another slogan. What's needed now is action and Operation Clean Sweep is the way to get rid of those dispensing "mean justice" and replace them with honest, ethical, qualified Americans.
As for Terri and other victims of unscrupulous judges, lawyers and cheating husbands: God bless. Rest in peace.

Terri Schiavo's case raises the profoundly important questions of whether judges are effectively above the law because their decisions--no matter how patently erroneous and destructive--must be accepted as the law, or whether We the People ultimately decide, not only what the laws are, but also how the laws apply to judges, no less than to all other public officials.
If America were a civilized country, no one would doubt that, when the Judiciary's misuse of power--whether through egregious error, usurpation, or tyranny--threatens an innocent and defenseless individual with death by prolonged torture, the Legislative and Executive Branches of government, and ultimately We the People, do not need to obtain the Judiciary's permission to remove, and need not heed the Judiciary's orders to cease and desist from removing, that threat. (And to like effect for egregious errors, usurpation, and tyranny by the Legislative and Executive Branches.) There is no "right to kill" the guiltless and helpless, no matter who in purported "authority" decrees otherwise. Indeed, such a command itself--and surely the execution of any individual under color of such an order--constitutes a crime against humanity. The traditions of Western civilization under the tenets of Christianity settled this matter long before the principle was enforced in the war-crimes trials at Nuremberg and Tokyo, which properly denied the purported defense of "obedience to orders from military or political superiors", and punished the perpetrators with imprisonment or even death by hanging.
The village idiots in America's Judiciary, however, now tell Americans that this is no longer a civilized country. Or, at least that judges enjoy the unreviewable license to reinterpret the Constitution of the United States (and, by extension, every other law) according to "authorities" that "point[ ] in an opposite direction" from "the history of Western civilization and * * * Judeo-Christian moral and ethical standards". See Lawrence v. Texas, 539 U.S. 558, 571-73 (2003) (Anthony Kennedy, J., for the Court). In this announcement, though, the mouthpieces of what Justice Antonin Scalia called "the law profession culture" are speaking only for their own tribe. Yes, by their candid admission, they are no longer civilized. But whether common Americans, too, will discard 2,000 years of Western history, tradition, and moral and ethical standards to join these barbarians in their depravity remains to be seen.
Terri Schiavo's case is one battlefield on which barbarism and civilization have contended, much the worse for civilization. For Americans now witness the pernicious notion of Lawrence v. Texas applied with its full measure of gruesome, homicidal force by Florida's Judge Greer, together with the gaggle of State and Federal judges who, with goose-stepping precision, have affirmed, confirmed, or refused to review his order to put Terri Schiavo to death. And a death brought about by means that must choke with revulsion any individual not an admirer of the techniques of the Gestapo, the Kempetai, and the NKVD.
Some people, however, claim that, unpleasant as it may be, allowing Terri Schiavo to be killed by dehydration and starvation was necessary to preserve "the rule of law". To these people, the matter is one of "judicial supremacy": that when the courts have decided a case, everyone must acquiesce in that decision and allow it to be enforced, if not affirmatively assist in its enforcement--notwithstanding that the decision commands the death of an innocent and defenseless human being.
One must wonder of what value is a "rule of law" that requires savage human sacrifices to vindicate it--whether the Aztecs would not have been equally justified in rationalizing their mass murders on the same basis--and where is Hernan Cortes and his Conquistadores when America really needs them? But any American can easily see for himself that the theory of "judicial supremacy" some people use to defend Terri Schiavo's execution is demonstrably false, both in principle and in practice in her case in particular.
As a matter of principle, it may be that, in many cases, sound reasons exist for treating a judicial decision, properly supported with evidence and consistent with the law, as final and binding on the parties before the court (although not necessarily on anyone else). But in many other instances sound reasons may exist for doing exactly the opposite.
For example, assume that some individuals, alleging that the Iranians are secretly building nuclear weapons in a hidden desert factory for the purpose of attacking the United States, file a lawsuit against the Department of Defense, the Army, the Navy, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff, demanding a court order that the Armed Forces immediately launch air strikes to destroy the facility. Relying on the hearsay testimony of the plaintiffs, a judge enters such an order. On appeal, the order is affirmed. The Supreme Court of the United States refuses to review the case. Armed with this final order, the plaintiffs then scurry to a United States Air Force base in the Middle East, and demand that the strikes be launched. The commander of the base telephones the President, seeking guidance. Does anyone in his right mind believe that the President ought to tell the commander, "Yes, go ahead with the attack. We cannot disobey a court order. The case has been fully litigated and appealed. Now the rule of law requires that we bow to judicial supremacy, no matter how many people may be killed in the war the air strikes cause."?
Of course, this is an easy case, because the Constitution specifically delegates to Congress (not the Judiciary) the power "[t]o declare War", and makes the President (not any judge) the "Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States". Article I, Section 8, Clause 11, and Article II, Section 2, Clause 1. But if "judicial supremacy" does not hold up in this simple situation, it cannot survive in any more complex case in which sound constitutional or other legal reasons can be found to reject it. Whether the issues are easy or hard, such reasons are always entitled to supremacy over the contrary opinions of errant judges--especially when human lives hang in the balance. So, the theory of "judicial supremacy" by itself provides no basis whatsoever for the Legislative or Executive Branches of government, or especially We the People, to shrink from criticism of a judicial decision, and, where any such decision is found sufficiently wanting, to refuse to enforce it, to set it aside, and even to punish the parties and the judges who contrived it.
Especially We the People, for two reasons: First, We the People "ordain[ed] and establish[ed] th[e] Constitution", and alone may amend it, through our elected representatives. Preamble and Article V. And "[t]he power to enact carries with it final authority to declare the meaning of the legislation". Propper v. Clark, 337 U.S. 472, 484 (1949). Second, and even more important, as the Founding Fathers' legal mentor, Sir William Blackstone, pointed out, "whenever a question arises between the society at large and any magistrate vested with powers originally delegated by that society, it must be decided by the voice of the society itself: there is not upon earth any other tribunal to resort to". Commentaries on the Laws of England (American edition, 1771), Volume 1, page 212. We the People are the ultimate tribunal, and therefore supreme over legislators, executives, and judges alike.
Furthermore, as a matter of practice, Terri Schiavo's case did not qualify for application of the doctrine of "judicial supremacy", because several key issues were never adjudicated. For example, whether Terri Schiavo was the victim of abuse that may have been the originating cause of her condition was never determined. Self-evidently, if the courts refused to address this matter, they abnegated their responsibility, abdicated whatever authority they might have had to decide the issue, and therefore could not demand that no one else take it up. In addition, if Terri Schiavo was the victim of abuse, the litigation aimed at putting her to death might be deemed to be a criminal conspiracy designed to cover up the original crime, in which complot the judges were perhaps mere dupes, but also perhaps willing co-conspirators or aiders and abettors. This question, too, has never been decided. Self-evidently, the judges themselves cannot be permitted to shut down an investigation of their own possible misconduct, let alone peremptorily to find themselves innocent of wrongdoing--and particularly by ordering the death of the victim, so as to destroy the key evidence in the case.
Thus, as one might expect, the barbarians' arguments for setting aside civilization in Terri Schiavo's case--and in all the other cases that surely will follow it--reduce to bluff, bluster, and bunkum. Nonetheless, the barbarians are well on their way to succeeding, because they are inside the walls of America's legal citadel, where they can--and plainly intend to--use the law to break the law at every opportunity. Driving them out will not be easy. But for civilization to survive, it is absolutely necessary.

“National elections in 2006 will be a historic year,” said William Gheen, founder of Americans for Legal Immigration. “We will reshape the Congress of the United States into a reflection of what the citizens of this country expect and demand from their leaders.”
Gheen addresses the apathy of an unaware American public that has tolerated a massive invasion of 20 million illegal aliens that have brought a new form of lawlessness to our society. A growing momentum of outraged Americans will not brook the bromides and platitudes by Congress or this president that echo like a concussion against the American sense of justice: “They come for a better life…they do the jobs Americans won’t do.” These are insults against American citizens who built this country.
“The mid term election will be the year of the illegal immigration issue and this issue will change both the face and the legislative behavior of the US Congress,” Gheen said. “With public consciousness on this issue rising rapidly, the right combinations of message, methods, finances and activism will create a fire storm of action across the nation within the campaign season. Perhaps the pundits will look back on 2006 as they have on 1994, which many titled the ‘year of the angry white male’ or the ‘Republican Revolution’. Neither of these older historic titles will apply to 2006 since the importance of this issue crosses racial and partisan lines in polling data.”
Gheen created Americans for Legal Immigration as a powerful tool for reshaping the next Congress. Call it Yankee Ingenuity or gutsy intuition, he knows how to motivate people and excite the political process in America.
“As a campaign consultant with over 40 campaigns under my belt, I’ve seen a lot of polls,” Gheen said. “Professional polls are very expensive and in 2004 it was common for Congressional candidates to spend over $10,000 on a comprehensive issue poll for their districts. Many issues such as gun rights, abortion, lotteries and such are tested by these polls and depending on the district the results will fluctuate. These issues often show traditional readings in the 60 to 40 percent ranges. It is seldom that you see an issue that generates an 80 to 20 percent reading, but that is exactly what two polls run by NC newspapers show in our state. These polls show that three fourths of our legal citizens, including blacks, whites, Latinos, Democrats, Republicans, and unaffiliated voters now want ALL immigration reduced!”
“My motivation for founding Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC.us) was that I have never seen the kind of disconnect between the public from law makers and media as we see on the illegal immigration issue,” Gheen said. “I consider all other issues secondary to illegal immigration for two reasons. One, this issue affects so many other issues such as taxes, crime, health care, and education. Secondly, if the will of 75 or 80 percent of the voters is successfully ignored by legislators then it does not really matter what your issue is then does it?”
Gheen brings a HUGE question to the table. Why are our president and Congress BENT on flooding our country with millions of illegal aliens? What is their purpose? Why won’t they pay attention to our needs instead of pandering to foreign countries and millions of illegal aliens who break our laws daily by using our roads, schools, medical services and welfare—against federal laws? Why won’t Bush and Congress enforce our laws? Why won’t our governors stand up against this invasion? Why does Governor Baldacci of Maine and Bill Owens of Colorado openly invite, aid and abet illegals in their states? Whose bright idea was it to give illegal aliens Special Order 40 that gives lawbreakers sanctuary in dozens of cities nationwide? It’s absolutely maddening that Bush and Congress violate their oath of office 365 days a year.
“Illegal immigration threatens so many things that Americans value in both our communities and our culture that voters must set aside other issues and partisanship to take action,” Gheen said. “We must put our nation and our form of government before Party. There are constitutional issues at risk here since our Representatives are not enforcing our existing immigration laws which would turn this crisis around. Time is of the essence since there will be another 3-6 million illegals in our midst on top of our current 20 million before the next Congress takes their seats.”
“There are four crucial ways that we can save our nation from the ravages of rampant Third World invasion,” Gheen said. “As Mark Krikorian of Center for Immigration Studies says “It’s like building a stool. Immigration reform won’t work without four legs.”
“I’d like to expand on Mr. Krikorian’s statement,” Gheen said. “The four legs of the stool are securing our borders, cracking down on employers that intentionally hire and recruit illegal labor, removing rewards, welfare and incentives that encourage illegal immigration, and enforcing our existing immigration laws that call for the removal of illegals when detected.”
Each one of these important steps is being trampled on in our nation while the majority of Congress and the President turn a blind eye or even worse—encourage lawlessness.
“In 2004, we saw the issue emerging around the US in places far beyond the Border States and it is no surprise that the campaigns addressing this very complicated issue met with mixed success,” Gheen said. “This past election season taught us some interesting things. After initial ridicule of candidates that brought the issue into the debate, it was common for their opponents to be singing the same “I'm your illegal immigration reform candidate" by the end of the race. North Carolina’s 5th Congressional district turned into one of the most expensive and hotly contested races in America over this issue. Vernon Robinson, although unsuccessful in the run-off, raised $2.8 million predominantly on this issue.”
In 2006, Americans MUST succeed in this struggle. For us to succeed there must be more cooperation and communication between immigration reform groups. The American public must come to the table and be willing to sacrifice time and money to support candidates that will stand up for America on this issue. We will be out-financed most of the way, but as we have seen in AZ with Proposition 200, we can win with less money since such a graphic majority of the public is with us on the issue.
“We should not have to fight this battle--our existing immigration laws should have been enforced before now,” Gheen said. “We are fighting because we must fight. The stakes are too high and the damages are too great. The American spirit that has defended our nation and our way of life before is rising and the US Congress would be well advised to get right with the public on this issue for they will feel the wrath of our legal citizens at the ballot box in 2006. Their wealth and their influence will not save them if they continue to promote or neglect illegal immigration.”
As a journalist and a man who has bicycled throughout much of the Third World, I’m here to echo William Gheen’s words. The line of immigrants from the Third World grows by 85 million annually. We can’t save them, but we can destroy our country. We cannot afford to allow this invasion to continue before it sinks us as readily as water sank the Titanic. Our nation is at grave risk.
As Gheen said, we suffer in every sector of our country. Our citizens are at risk from imported diseases, job losses, economic collapse, language chaos, medical systems collapsing and loss of our educational systems. The foundation of this Republic is being destroyed by our president and this Congress. Both sides of the aisle wear the same sombrero. It’s been a slow death for the past 30 years, but it is quickening and quickening fast. Three million illegals pour over our borders annually. Another one million legal immigrants hit our shores each year. Over 300,000 anchor babies usurp our hospitals at $7,000.00 per birth and immediate welfare. There’s no way we can absorb them, assimilate them or tolerate the sheer numbers because their line never ends.
All of you have seen it in your communities in one form or the other. It will get worse, unless you help William Gheen and all Americans reshape the Congress in 2006. This is our country. This is our yard. Over 20 million illegals are stomping on our Constitution and way of life. We will not tolerate it any longer. We are relentless in defense of our home, our children and the future of our nation.

We read in the Bible where man and women shall leave their parents, marry and become as one. Delete the men and women portion of that great Biblical teaching and we have the Republican and Democratic parties in our country. Before you choke on your breakfast omelet, let me explain. I’m not insinuating they spew the same message, which would be difficult as they talk out of both sides of their cheeks. That could be facial or rear-sided cheeks, pick your poison. No, what the representatives of these parties say is starkly different; as one can attest to while getting their nightly fix of mainstream media propaganda being shown by the network troika.
Don’t be mistaken, you’ll hear pro-choice versus anti-abortion stances; you’ll hear pro-Iraq versus no-Iraq messages; you’ll hear raise taxes versus cut taxes; you’ll hear seal the borders versus open borders; you’ll hear we need to cut spending versus we need to increase spending; you’ll hear we need to support the constitution versus the constitution is outdated; you’ll hear that out-sourcing has got to stop versus it does no harm; you’ll hear we’ve got to stop global warming versus it’s not a human-made problem. Yes, listening to the two major parties, one would believe that all the potential points of views are covered; one might call it their own political buffet of sorts, something to please everyone.
While the message of both major parties is starkly different, their intent and the results are magically the same. For all the verbal differences, we just seem to migrate in the same ole’ direction regardless of who is steering the mother ship. Let’s review just a few interesting points.
SPENDING, it’s pretty confusing when the Democrats become fiscally conservatives to battle the Republicans spend thrift ways. IMMIGRATION, Bush claims the volunteers offering to watch the borders are vigilantes. DEMOCRACY, one of the worst forms of government created, yet promoted by all. UNITED NATIONS, anyone promoting this organization should be impeached and tried for high treason. PATRIOT ACT, violates just about every tenet of the constitution of our country. FEDERAL RESERVE, allows private control of our Nation’s monetary policy. COURT APPOINTMENTS, should be rather conservative now as most have been selected by Republican presidents.
The ole’ saying, “who needs enemies with friends like these,” comes to mind. We’ve heard the analogy that the right has moved towards the center and the left has moved further left over the past 20-30 years. However, if that be the case, we have one problem. Truth, or right and wrong as we may call it, doesn’t move. You’ll hear talk of the political gray areas. Well, gray areas are for those unable or unwilling to make up their minds. Our political hacks bank on the gray area as their battle ground, for it is there where we are led astray. Or put another way, it is there where we are led as a lamb to the slaughter. Being a Christian conservative, the most disturbing aspect of the con job is the gullibility of this group. It’s as if they are in their own trance unable to see the true nature of the beast.
I can visualize Teddy Kennedy and John McCain having a great laugh over their nightly glass of brew as they discuss their latest fleecing of the gullible American people. Conned again, and none the wiser. The American sheep-ple continue to support the lesser of two evils, thinking that we can slow down that treacherous slide down the slippery slope. Problem is that far too many slivers are pointing the wrong direction and that doesn’t bode well for our backside.
