(I heard on a radio program when you have TOO MANY ANTIBODIES, an 'overactive immune system', and the like, chances are that you have taken too many antibiotics at some point, and then the 'immune system' gets out of balance and 'attacks itself'! There is an indicator here that some of the antibodies, when created too rapidly or without normal process, can be defective, too. And of course, too many antibiotics leave superbugs or superbacteria, and I have also heard that 'overactive immune system' is really 'little critters' proliferating, and not really a 'too much immunity' situation at all!--"Cheyenne Cin"- P.S. Could it be that overuse of prescription antibiotics is SOOOO much more harmful than we really know or suspect?)

Perhaps TOO MANY ANTIBIOTICS contributes to THIS, too?--"Cheyenne Cin" -P.S. Also, foods like white sugar can contribute to the aftermath, by continuing the weakened state. Depletes the B vitamins. Hearing ALL OF THIS on the radio!---(Milk not good, either, but good yougart or kefir is. I'm still listening, but don't want to wait to post this now. No margarine, and black pepper is not the best kind of pepper to use. Etc. - also avoid white flour or stripped grain products. Get alkalinity level up, but of course, not with table salt. Good fish (not shellfish) great! Also sulfur products like garlic and onion great, regenerates cartilage. Avoid alcohol and tobacco, and so on it goes. Small amts. of coffee and red wine great, just don't overdo. Vary your diet, trying to eat healthy, good foods, but 'rotated'. Don't eat before bedtime. Drink lots of GOOD water everyday. I'm LEAVING now! Whoops, didn't make it-- eat a half pound of cherries or blueberries (apples, grapes, and don't forget your raw fresh veggies.), etc., daily. NOW I'm OUTTA HERE! Oh, and don't take iron supplements, unless you are a woman who is still menstruating and anemic. Organic is good, if possible.) | | |
