Kosher is just a larger crystal... sea salt can come in many size/formats... Both are basically Salt... but Kosher doesn't necessarily mean natural... whereas Sea salt will have many additional minerals (generally speaking that is) and is normally preferred by "Raw Foodies"....
 
"Cheyenne Cin"  The good sea salt with minerals - these are little 'specks' you can see. Different colors, not all bleachy white.

"CHEYENNE CIN"  There is a good natural sea salt called 'pink salt', it has volcanic minerals in it, I think, and is supposed to be even superior to regular untampered with sea salt. The 'regular' kind is light gray with little mineral flecks, the pink salt is something I haven't used. Is that what you are referring to?
