Both are basically Salt... but Kosher doesn't necessarily mean natural... whereas Sea salt will have many additional minerals (generally speaking that is) and is normally preferred by "Raw Foodies"....</DIV>

The 'regular' kind is light gray with little mineral flecks, the pink salt is something I haven't used. Is that what you are referring to?</DIV></DIV></DIV></DIV></BODY><pre>
