The title character of Ray Bradbury’s book The Illustrated Man is covered with moving, shifting tattoos. If you look at them, they will tell you a story.

New LED tattoos from the University of Pennsylvania could make the Illustrated Man real (minus the creepy stories, of course). Researchers there are developing silicon-and-silk implantable devices which sit under the skin like a tattoo. Already implanted into mice, these tattoos could carry LEDs, turning your skin into a screen.

The silk substrate onto which the chips are mounted eventually dissolves away inside the body, leaving just the electronics behind. The silicon chips are around the length of a small grain of rice — about 1 millimeter, and just 250 nanometers thick. The sheet of silk will keep them in place, molding to the shape of the skin when saline solution is added.

These displays could be hooked up to any kind of electronic device, also inside the body. Medical uses are being explored, from blood-sugar sensors that show their readouts on the skin itself to neurodevices that tie into the body’s nervous system — hooking chisp to particular nerves to control a prosthetic hand, for example.

Chips are already used inside bodies, most notably the tiny RFID tags injected into pets. But the flexible nature of these “tattooed” circuits means they can move elastically with the body, sitting in places that a rigid circuit board couldn’t.

The first displays are sure to be primitive, but likely very useful for the patients that receive them. You won’t be getting the full-color, hi-res images that come with ink, but functional displays. This doesn’t mean that the commercial and artistic possibilities are being ignored. Philips, the electronics giant, is exploring some rather sexual uses:

It’s certainly rather creepy, but we’re sure that the inevitable next stage of playing adult movie clips on your partner’s back will be appealing to some. We, of course, are considering the geekier side of this tech. GPS, with a map readout on the back of the wrist would certainly be useful, as would chips that cover your eyeballs and can darken down when the sun is shining too bright.

And a full-body display will eventually be used for advertising. Combine this with bioluminescent ink, for example, and you could turn yourself into a small, walking version of Times Square. At least, unlike a real tattoo, you can switch this one off.

In fact, if you start to imagine the possible uses, they seems almost endless. Just like the stories that play across the body of the Illustrated Man.

If Obama does announce that aliens/extraterrestrials are real, we all would then realize that he was chosen for the Nobel Peace Prize just for this moment and for this announcement. Since the Nobel Peace Committee is comprised of the highest-ranking Illuminati leaders, they would knew that the time had arrived for the announcement of aliens and that the human leader breaking the news should possess the highest credentials mankind can bestow.

The Nobel Peace Prize comes very close to being that kind of honor.

Even the Vatican is getting in on this extraterrestrial bandwagon.

In the new made-for-TV movie, "V", the Vatican had no trouble fitting aliens / extraterrestrials into their Catholic theology. However, a revelation that aliens do exist will cause huge problems with genuine Biblical theology.

Now, let us review this article again for more information.

"The Vatican’s openness to discussion of extraterrestrial life is no accident. It is part of an openness policy secretly adopted by the United Nations in February 2008. In fact, the Vatican is playing a leading role in preparing the world for extraterrestrial disclosure."

Therefore, we have both the Illuminati and the Vatican evidently "preparing the world for extraterrestrial disclosure".

* The Vatican represents the office of the False Prophet -- the Second Beast of Revelation 13.

Therefore, it is highly significant that both the forces of Antichrist and the False Prophet are independently working toward revealing that aliens / extraterrestrials are real! That news is simply incredible.

This repeated emphasis on Aliens is getting a little old, but we should not turn our backs upon it just yet, for it may portend a coming reality with which we will all have to deal, when the ultimate Alien appears on the Earth amidst great "signs and lying wonders". You see, the New Age Movement has long been talking about Aliens and UFO's, and some have been so bold as to actually tie it in with Antichrist.

Are you surprised? If you are, then you need to understand that the truth is stranger than fiction. On August 18, 1991, I was sneaked into a members-only seminar given by the New England Director of the House of Theosophy; this secret society is one of the premier driving forces to the New World Order, and its director had just returned from a 3-year stint on a planning committee entitled The New Jerusalem Covenant Project. Let us look at what Mr. Lambert revealed to his select group during this seminar about the role of Aliens and UFO's.

"UFO's and Aliens are part of the New World Order. They are benevolent beings which will aid mankind in attaining the goal of becoming one humanity. They will appear at the proper time to enable mankind to make that Quantum Leap of Collective Consciousness -- when The [Anti] Christ appears."

There, you have the information from the horse's mouth, and a mighty big horse at that. Mr. Lambert was one of the key planning participants in the New World Order Plan. Since he says that Aliens and UFO's are part of the New World Order, we should sit up and pay strict attention. This succinct, startling revelation should tell us some important facts about UFO's and Aliens:

1. They will be critically important helpers to Antichrist when he appears; therefore, it is not too much of a stretch of imagination to say authoritatively that Aliens and UFO's are playing an important part in conditioning people to accept Antichrist before he appears. When you are watching a TV program about UFO's and Aliens, you know you are being conditioned to accept Antichrist. When you watch a TV show or movie, or a theater movie, or a video, about UFO's and/or Aliens, you know you are being conditioned to accept Antichrist. Your "Level of Consciousness" is being sufficiently raised so that mankind as a whole can achieve a "Quantum Leap of Collective Consciousness" that will allow Antichrist to arise.

2. People like the ones mentioned in this article are intentionally or unintentionally playing an important part in this conditioning process. The important, high-profile people pushing this agenda are doing so with full knowledge of what they are doing, in my opinion. Thus, you can view such people with the proper frame of mind so you will not be deceived.

3. The more media hype over Aliens and UFO's we see can only mean one thing: the appearance of Antichrist is getting very close.

Let us now return to our feature article.

You will find it increasingly hard to effectively counter the collective testimony of people such as a "well-known Washington lawyer" and a "retired NASA engineer". People still believe NASA is strictly a scientific organization of objective scientists and engineers who have no secret agenda to pursue, and can therefore, be trusted to give correct information. People do not realize that NASA was founded by the Illuminati and that their leadership has consistently been Masonic. Listen to one occult writer describe the Masonic influence on Apollo 11, which is the mission that landed on the Moon.

How many of you knew that Aldrin planted a Masonic Flag upon the Moon, after he planted the Stars and Stripes? This little secret is just one of many concerning the role of Freemasonry and the leadership of NASA. One of these days, NASA may just lie to the world by telling us that they have conclusively proven that Aliens do exist, that Mars was once populated, and that these creatures are just "benevolent beings which will aid mankind in attaining the goal of becoming one humanity" -- just as House of Theosophy leader, Lambert, said.

This campaign to condition people to believe in Aliens and UFO's is following the classic Six-Step Attitudinal Change Plan, so let us quickly review this plan [Read full details in NEWS1055].

SIX STEP ATTITUDINAL CHANGE PLAN

Step 1. Some practice so offensive that it can scarcely be discussed in public is advocated by a RESPECTED expert in a RESPECTED forum.

Step 2. At first, the public is shocked, then outraged.

Step 3. But, the VERY FACT that such a thing could be publicly debated becomes the SUBJECT

of the debate.

Step 4. In the process, sheer repetition of the shocking subject under discussion gradually dulling its effect.

Step 5. People then are no longer shocked by the subject.

Step 6. No longer outraged, people begin to argue for positions to moderate the extreme; or, they accept the premise, challenging, instead, the means to ACHIEVE it.

Despite all the years of conditioning, the world is still getting doses of Step 1, where a RESPECTED expert speaking from a RESPECTED forum is touting the existence of Aliens and UFO's. Perhaps the world's people have still not been convinced in enough numbers to go on to Steps 5 and 6, which will occur just before Antichrist arises. Certainly, the many articles, movies, and TV shows which are currently filling our consciousness fulfills Step 1 perfectly, as people are trotted before the camera who hold positions in our society not usually occupied by people of lunacy. Just the fact that a NASA engineer would be part of this RESPECTED expert group who certainly believes in Aliens, fulfills Step 1 requirements.

Former Astronaut John Glenn has stated on several occasions that astronauts routinely see alien-type craft while they are in outer space, but have been told never to reveal it. This theme was sounded in our feature article, above.

"In another statement Wednesday, Donna Hare, a former NASA contract employee, said that Apollo astronauts saw an alien craft when they landed on the moon, but were told not to reveal it. Hare's source was a man who had been quarantined with the astronauts."

The positions of these people certainly lends credence to the Alien story, because they sound like solid citizens not prone to illusions. That is a very key factor in convincing the average American to believe in Aliens and UFO's. But, then our feature article goes a step further, again quoting a reliable sounding source, a former US Air Force Major:

"Former Air Force Maj. George Filer III told reporters that when he was at McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey, an alien craft came down, and an alien got out and was shot by a military policeman. 'Our security police went out there and found him at the end of the runway dead', Filer said. ;They asked me to brief the general staff', he said, but was later told not to. He said he would tell the story in front of Congress."

Now we know that Aliens can die. The story according to Major Filer continues: "Filer is not new to UFO sightings. He has his own Web site called Filer's Files, where he says he also chased an alien ship over England when flying for the U.S. Air Force. 'I personally have observed a UFO both visually and on radar. I've been chasing them ever since', he writes. Greer said extraterrestrials could provide a new, plentiful source of energy that would supply the world's energy needs. Information from alien encounters, said Greer, could also have significant impact on the global environment and the quest for world peace."

Personal, first-hand testimony from a credible witness is the strongest testimony a court of law can receive. Therefore, Major Filer's testimony will probably convince a lot of Americans. However, those of us familiar with standard New Age teaching, and their teaching relating to the importance of Aliens to the appearance of Antichrist, can spot Major Filer for his New Age leanings when he speaks of the importance of Aliens regarding the "global environment" and the "quest for world peace". Both of these are code words, critically important to the coming Kingdom of The New Age Christ [Antichrist].

Why Are Aliens And UFO's Important To The Appearance of Antichrist?

We have already demonstrated that we are living in the Last Days of time, the time which will see the appearance of Anti-Christ, the Great Tribulation, and the Second Return of Jesus Christ. And, we have already demonstrated that THE hallmark characteristic of the End of the Age is prophesied to be unparalleled deception. Let us examine this prophesied deception.

2 Thessalonians 2:1-3 -- In this section of Scripture, Paul addresses the misconception among the church at Thessalonica that the Day of the Lord has already occurred. Paul emphatically states, "Let no one deceive...you". Jesus stated the same warning against deception in Matthew 24:4; He has just been asked by His disciples what THE sign of the End of the Age would be. Jesus gave them many more signs than just one, but His first response was, "Be careful that no one misleads you, deceiving you and leading you into error". Jesus repeats this warning twice more, in verses 11 and 24. In verse 24, Jesus adds that "false Christs and false prophets will arise...and will show great signs and wonders, so as to deceive and lead astray, if possible, the very elect" (God's chosen ones). In other words, the End Time deception will be unparalleled; it will be accompanied by truly extraordinary signs and wonders. We are not to be deceived. Truly, unparalleled spiritual deception is THE hallmark characteristic of the End Times.

No one can understand the times in which we live, nor can anyone understand the New World Order, unless they understand Biblical prophecy and doctrine.

Now let us return to our Scripture passage in 2 Thessalonians 2:3, "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition."

This is the predicted great falling away of those who have professed to be Christians)..." We have spent considerable time exposing the great and unparalleled apostasy in which the majority of Christian denominations are participating today. We are at this point in world history today, fulfilling this part of this prophecy. Paul continues, "...and the man of lawlessness (sin) is revealed, ..." Of course, this man of lawlessness is the Biblical Anti-Christ, as predicted in Daniel 9:27 and confirmed by Jesus in Matthew 24:15.

The major point which we want you to grasp from this passage is that the end result of this unparalleled deception will be the appearance of Anti-Christ. This is such a critical point, I want to repeat it: The planned end result of this tremendous program of deception is belief in the Anti-Christ.

Paul continues, verse 9, " The coming of the lawless one, [the antichrist] is through the activity and working of Satan..." This verse tells us that the source of this End Time delusion will be Satan. Make no mistake about it, Satan's supernatural power will produce the most incredible deception the world will have ever witnessed. This deception will seem so incredible, people's minds will literally be blown away. At this point, we must remind our listeners that Satan and his angels, also known as demons, are capable of transforming themselves into human and non-human forms so as to deceive people. As Paul stated so eloquently, "..Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light." Keep this fact in mind as we study UFO's and Aliens.

Now back to Paul's revelations.

"... and will be attended with great power and with all sorts of pretended miracles and signs and delusive marvels.. all of them lying wonders -- And by unlimited seduction to evil and with all wicked deception for those who are perishing because they did not welcome the Truth, but refused to love it that they might be saved." The only people who will be deceived will be the unsaved; this truth ties in perfectly with Jesus' assertion in Matthew 24, where He says that the Elect, God's chosen people, would not be deceived. This deception of the unsaved takes on tremendous significance because of the next verse, "Therefore, God sends upon them a misleading influence, a working of error and a strong delusion to make them believe what is false". This very frightening verse reveals that God Himself gets involved at this point, deliberately hardening the hearts and minds of those people who have rejected the Truth of the Gospel. If this is your situation, you must resist the Salvation call of the Holy Spirit no longer. Turn now to Jesus Christ, while this world is still in the Age of Grace, before God sends this tremendously-powerful delusion upon the unbelieving world.

Finally, Paul reveals the final intention of this strong delusion, sent by God, "In order that all may be judged and condemned who did not believe in the Truth, but instead took pleasure in unrighteousness." This strong deception will be part of God's Judgment upon the wicked.

Let us now examine this phenomenal buildup of UFO's and Aliens. Aliens are depicted in movies, TV shows, and science fiction novels as:

Just like us in many respects
More intelligent and more advanced technologically
Friendly beings able to live at peace, thus being able to teach us warring humans to live in peace.
Having only our own interests at heart

"...In 1982, Michael London of the L.A. Times gathered together a group of 8 people experienced in UFO and extraterrestrial encounters for a special screening of Steven Spielberg's movie "E.T." London noted the following reactions of the group to the movie:

`This is a true movie, not a romance. It's part of a CONDITIONING PROCESS TO PREPARE US FOR THE ARRIVAL OF ALIEN BEINGS.'

`The movie is a vehicle...It invites the audience to be less afraid of the so-called para-normal. And what better place to start than with the children?'...Everything is being done through the children..."

Everything is being done through our children, and has been for over 20 years. Thus, the first generation to be so conditioned are now having children, who are also being conditioned. What is the purpose? Remember that the Movie and TV industries are openly hostile to Christianity and are very obviously New Age. Also remember that the #1 objective of the New Age is to successfully stage the appearance of Anti-Christ.

WHEN THE ANTI-CHRIST STAGES HIS APPEARANCE, HE WILL CLAIM TO BE AN ASCENDED MASTER FROM ANOTHER DIMENSION, I.E., AN ALIEN BEING. HE IS JUST AS FRIENDLY AS THOSE ALIENS YOU HAVE BEEN SEEING ON TV AND MOVIES. HE JUST HAS OUR BEST INTERESTS AT HEART AND WANTS TO LEAD THE WORLD INTO A NEW, PEACEFUL EXISTENCE.

New Age leaders believe people will be much more inclined to accept the claims of Anti-Christ if they have been first conditioned to believe in the existence of friendly alien beings. At this point, we need to stop once again to examine relevant Biblical passages.

* 1 John 4:1, "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God." This statement, in Verse 2, states in the positive, that "every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh..", but it also carries the negative connotation as well. We can also accurately state that such spirits "seek to sever Him" from being God. This is precisely what the False Cults, especially the New Age Religion, is attempting to do.

Notice that the Apostle John does not question whether spirits actually exist; he knows demons exist and he knows that his Christian audience knows they exist. John is saying, "Test the spirits [which will arise], to see if they are of God." Notice also that the time frame context of this passage is the Age of Anti-Christ; these spirits will be denying that Jesus Christ actually became a man and has come in the flesh; indeed, they will be seeking to sever the historical, fleshly Jesus from the Divine Jesus Who was and is God. This is precisely what this UFO-Alien deception is attempting to do.

Now, consider another applicable Scripture, from Jesus:

* Matthew 7:18-20, "A good tree cannot bear bad fruit nor can a bad tree bear good fruit...Therefore, you will fully know them by their fruits."

Let us examine the fruits of the UFO's by examining the accounts of those people which have been contacted by them. An excellent source is a French scientist, Jacques Vallee, in his book, "Messengers Of Deception: UFO Contacts and Cults". Mr. Vallee is a world-renowned scientist. He brings a non-Christian scientist's empirical thinking to this study.

Let us first examine the subjects which UFO's are teaching the people with whom they have contacted, whom he calls "Contactees".

Out-of-Body Experiences (p. 73)
Spirit communication (p. 123)
Automatic Writing (p. 123)
Some people go into trances, where voices are giving them messages. (p.85)
UFO's use crystals for power, even for powering their space-craft. (p. 109)
Some people who have gone through this spiritual transformation begin to see an increase in their psychic awareness. (p. 83-84).
The process by which their human consciousness was raised was the precise manner in which demonic forces work. It is thought transplant." (p. 78-79). At this point, I want you to be aware of the dangers of hypnosis, and how New Age hypnotists are using it. When a person undergoes hypnosis, they are surrendering their consciousness to the hypnotists. They can be programmed in any number of ways, especially to the point where they will respond to certain actions, in response to specific commands. People who report being contacted by aliens are being asked to undergo hypnosis so that they can "regress" back to the scene and "recall" their experiences with the Aliens, memories which have been repressed by their conscious mind. However, this is not what is happening. What is really happening is that the hypnotist is implanting scenes in the minds of the person who has been contacted. This person then "remembers" what they have been programmed with, and the "memory" seems so real to the contactee they really believe the lie themselves. In this way, they then become very effective witnesses that can and do convince other people. Stay away from hypnosis, even for medical procedures.

Doctrines on the existence of superior races, of people with chosen missions, references to Atlantis and ancient astronauts..." (p.57, 103). Notice this binds UFO's with Nazism. But the New World Order is Nazism re-born.
"The expectation of higher intelligence is beginning to look like a form of worship...(p.66)
> Aliens utilize standard New Age terminology when they communicate with their human "contactees". The best illustration of this is their teaching to the "contactees" that "the Ascended Masters of the Hierarchy" are preparing to intervene again in world history, to lead mankind to a higher level of consciousness. Who is this selected man? Maitreya the Christ, the Biblical Anti-Christ!! This match in wording and concept clearly shows that the "Guiding Spirits" of New Age writers are the same "Guiding Spirits" for the Aliens. Or does it mean that the Aliens are the "Guiding Spirits" which have been instructing New Age writers all these many years?!

All these practices are classic occultism! Further, as Christian author, David Lewis states in his book, UFO: End Time Delusion, "Without exception, every person claiming an [Alien] contact...had one thing in common. Each had a prior connection to metaphysical activity or cults. Some had been in devil worship, witchcraft, psychic phenomena, New Age, channeling...Those involved in direct contact with UFO aliens already had a connection to the dark side of the supernatural world." Thus, people today who have thus given themselves over to Satanic activities in some degree are the ones who are being used to deceive people further into believing in UFO's and aliens. Then, Lewis adds this comforting statement, "..no Christian..has ever had a direct encounter with an alleged E.T." (p. 15-16). Thus, God is already protecting His Elect from this Satanic deception. Praise His Holy Name!!

Now, let us examine the stated goals of UFO's and do so in a way in which they are compared to the printed goals of the New Age Movement seeking to establish the New World Order.

1. NWO: Abolish all established Government

UFO: Abolish democracy in favor of dictatorship

(p. 103, 113).

2. NWO: All religion must be abolished.

UFO: All religion must be abolished. (p. 93).

3. NWO: Establish One-World Government;

UFO: Establish a single world government, a Utopian Benevolent Dictatorship. (p. 113)

4. NWO: All world's religions are equal and will one day be combined into one.

UFO: All world's religions are equal. (p. 121)

Thus, the goals of UFO's match very well the goals of the New World Order. Further, UFO Aliens are teaching their contactees concepts which, if carried out, would fulfill last days' Biblical prophecy.

Single World Economy. (p. 57)
Elimination of Money (Cashless Economy) (p. 57)
There will be universal peace (p. 57, 103)

Remember the Apostle Paul's prophetic warning in 2 Cor 11:14, "...Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light." To condition people to believe in the concepts of the New World Order, Satan has caused his demons to physically manifest themselves as Aliens, traveling in UFO's, complete with highly technological machines. Do not underestimate Satan; he is the Lord of this world, and he is now being allowed by the Holy Spirit to intervene in unparalleled ways in today's world. The results are going to be spectacular.

However, we believe the world has seen nothing yet. Consider again Biblical teaching about Anti-Christ's kingdom.

* Revelation 13:13, He performs great signs (startling miracles)...because of the miracles which he is allowed to perform...he deceives those who inhabit the earth commanding them to erect a statue in the likeness of the beast..."

These supernatural or seemingly supernatural miracles will lead men directly to the worship of Anti-Christ. This is precisely the planned result of these UFO's and Aliens.

The shocking reality is that Satan has been manipulating world events to achieve his One-World Government, Economy, and Religion through Secret Societies, Communism, Nazism, the New Age, and UFO's. The final merger into the New World Order is almost complete. UFO Aliens and Space ships are nothing more than demons which the Holy Spirit has allowed in this final age to physically manifest themselves in our realm.

And, make no mistake about the fact that the vast majority of the world's peoples are ready to be deceived. Christian author, David Lewis, states in his book, UFO: End-Time Delusion, that a Christian would "have a hard time getting [the idea of demons] across to an average, non-religious person, and to a certain extent, even to some religious persons. Most people in Christian circles...have very little consciousness of any supernatural type of activity."

This concept might shock anyone who has grown up in a family which takes the Bible literally. However, Dr. Lewis is correct that most people today, including many who consider themselves Christian, have no understanding about the reality of demons. And this has been Satan's plan from the beginning. Consider the concrete steps which Satan has carried out among the peoples of the world who were formerly fundamentally Christian, which have brought them to such a point of Biblical ignorance.

For several generations, most people have been rejecting the Truth of Jesus Christ.
The inevitable end result of this rejection is that people then stop reading the Bible, or applying it in any way in their lives.
Satan is then able to implant the idea that the Bible is not to be taken literally, that it is just a collection of myths and legends.
Once people begin to accept the idea that supernatural beings, either Godly or Satanic, do not exist, then Satan can begin to proceed to the next step.
Step #5 is to convince people that the only reality which can be accepted is that which can be observed through our five senses. If man can sense something through one or more of his physical senses, then he will believe it exists.
Satan then proceeds to the next step of convincing men that if something works, it must be true. Thus, men become susceptible to demonic activity, because their system "works" with great power. Further, such men are incapable of properly identifying this demonic power because they have already mentally ruled out the possibility that supernatural beings exist.
Finally, Satan begins to proceed, in stages of ever-increasing frequency and power, to his final Alien deception. Alien beings and UFO phenomenon begin to appear with increasing frequency and contact. Since men disbelieve in the existence of Supernatural beings, they assume the reality of these demons, accepting the lie which these demons are telling, that they are an Alien race from another world. This other world is supposedly more technologically and spiritually advanced than Planet Earth. Therefore, when the Aliens of this more advanced world tell us their religion, we are expected to adopt it, rejecting our own ignorant, uninformed, and outmoded religions, especially Christianity.

In ancient times, this story of deception continues, Aliens visited Earth and intervened in history to give man increased knowledge, from which he was able to build such ancient wonders as the pyramids. Finally, this story teaches that Aliens carried out genetic experiments which changed humans from the Stone-Age being he was to the modern man of the last several thousand years.

Now, the time has come, the Aliens say, for them to intervene again in world history. This time, they will intervene to save man from himself: from his wars, hatreds, spiritual illiteracy, and from his environmental damage. These Aliens will accomplish all this by raising up a man who will be imbued with a special level of consciousness, and who can lead the world into that same level of consciousness. Of course, this man will be Maitreya the Christ, the Anti-Christ.

Do not be deceived. As Cooper stated, in his book, Behold A Pale Horse, p. 177, "[New World Order Planners] have plans to bring about things like earthquakes, war, the Messiah, an extraterrestrial landing, and economic collapse. They might bring about all of these things just to make sure it does work...The Illuminati has all the bases covered..."

The demons of Satan's army will soon physically manifest themselves as Aliens, arriving in armadas of space ships which we have heretofore called UFO's. The plan calls for them to suddenly appear at many places on Earth simultaneously. Some will appear at the White House to confer with the President; some will appear at the United Nations; other aliens will appear at key governmental buildings all over the globe. Aliens will appear in some people's homes or on their front yards. The world's peoples will literally be shocked out of their minds. This is the Plan. This may occur before the worldwide Rapture of the Church; we must be prepared to deal wisely with this planned phenomenon.

Finally, let us examine pertinent passages which may speak to this UFO/Alien plan.

Revelation, Chapter 9, speaks of demons which are released from the bottomless pit of Hell, called the Abyss. Resembling locusts to the Apostle John, they will stream over the earth to afflict and torment unsaved people. Their leader is called Abaddon or Apollyon. Incredibly, the New Age writings refer to these beings constantly, by these names, as being "enlightened" leaders of the New Age.

In Revelation 16:13-16, we see three spirits of demons which come out of the mouth of Anti-Christ; they perform such great signs and wonders that they deceive the rulers of the earth. This is precisely the part of the Plan which Aliens are to perform. They will especially deceive the Presidents, Prime Ministers, Kings, and Queens, of the governments throughout the world.

Everywhere the message will be the same. "We have come to help lead our Earth brothers into a new level of consciousness of which Maitreya the Christ is speaking." Aliens and UFO's will literally hover over and around Maitreya as he is staging his appearance. This is the Plan.

What will be the reaction of the vast majority of the peoples of the world? They will be absolutely astounded beyond words or imagination. Since their minds have already rejected the concept of the physical existence of demons, and have been conditioned to accept as reality anything which they can observe through their physical senses, they will accept these Aliens and their incredible claims. Alien conditioning through books, magazines, TV, movies, and even the trash magazines of the Enquirer variety, will have taken hold. People will believe and allow themselves to be lead away into spiritual error. They will accept the claims of Maitreya the Christ, the Anti-Christ, and will be doomed forever.

Those who have given themselves over to the occultic practice of meditation whereby they have communed with their 'guiding spirits' will be predisposed to believe. Likewise, people who have given themselves over to occultic hypnosis, during which they have been preprogrammed to believe, will be deceived. People who have filled their minds with Science-fiction novels will be predisposed to believe. And all mankind will believe because they are without the Truth of Jesus Christ. Upon all such peoples, the Godly deception will fall, to permanently set their deception.

Biblical prophecy will have been fulfilled. The Anti-Christ will deceive the entire unsaved population of the world. He will proceed to sign the peace treaty with Israel and the Great Tribulation will begin.

Do not be deceived. The hour is late, indeed.

Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I love Old Fashioned Oatmeal. I always cook extra and store in fridge. Re-heat in microwave, then add milk, butter, raisins and english walnuts. Serve with wheat toast. Makes a great winter breakfast and adds lot's of fiber to your diet.

I've cut back on wheat also, so I use Flax on my oatmeal. I love this site and all the suggestions.

I add Activia yogurt (any flavor) , bananas and cinnamon or vanilla to about 1 cup of large flake oatmeal..i eat that almost every morning. So tasty!!

Oatmeal ... got all my variety of ingrediants with in reach for what ever I want in the moment ... mix in different combinations of, but not at the same time necessarily - organic brown sugar, organic agave, Organic pure maple syrup or one with org corn syrup mixed in as it's a lil' cheaper and tastes like conventional syrup, organic sugar, organic applesauce, (just post organic in front of all ingrediants to save time:) cinnimon, ginger, raisins, craisins, blue berries n powder milk(it acts as the cream flavor) or any other berry for that matter ... I keep 'em frozen and ready at all times. Wheat germ and flax are readily available on the spot and go in every bowl. Better then any package. I also enjoy Farina 'cause of the high iron when I need it during my monthly lady needs:) Hope this helps.

Can I suggest that You Docs also offer alternates for those of us who are required to use the gluten free diet? For those who are starting out and even fo someone like myself who has lived with this medical condition for the last 15 years it is not easy all I seem to be offered is gluten products. All too frequently in Cafes and Restaurants when I ask for gluten free I am offered Pasta, pizza and crumbed dishes get real this is 2009 Not 1950. Real Docs' get real and remember those thousands plus world wide and our dietary requirements.

I just eat the Quaker Instant, which comes with extra stuff mixed in: apples, cinnamon, maple, brown sugar, fruit and cream (blueberries, strawberries, bananas and peaches). Just pick your flavor preference. Do wish they'd make sugar-free versions of these, but in the mean time, this is what I eat when I want oatmeal. Only thing I usually add is margarine

I have always enjoyed Peanut butter (a teaspoon of crunchy style) in my oatmeal but now that I have learned to eat healthier I also add cinnamon and blueberries to steal cut oatmeal and I make it with half soy milk Yum!

What's your take on alcohol?

Alcohol consumption certainly has its controversial aspects. Used in excess or being addicted to it wreaks havoc for all concerned. Used in moderation, great! Since I grew up around dedicated alcoholics, I had always made a very strong effort to avoid alcohol of any kind. As I am ageing, and have tried some beverages from time to time, and have read so many articles citing positive benefits from wine consumption, I want to try to incorporate a modest amount of wine into my diet. At least a couple times a week. My biggest barrier is facing criticism and judgement from my current family situation. So, for now, I only occasionally consume wine when I eat out alone.

Several years ago, my then doctor recommended 2 glasses of wine daily. I have been following his advice and feel wonderful, low blood pressure and stable cholesteral and no sign of diabetes. I also do not have an acid reflux problem as I consume my wine with dinner.

I drink at least one glass of red wine a day, always with food or nuts. My real age test came out 10 years younger than my 69 years, and comments are often made that I don't look my age. Of the three types of alcohol, beer is the worst, and wine is the best for your health. I have never had a drink of beer.

I treat myself to a pretty glass of wine at least twice a week. I have been choosing the white wines that have less alcohol content. They have more flavor, and less alcohol to aggravate my throat, and migraines. I also enjoy to have some redskin peanuts with my wine, its like peanut butter and jelly! I live in Michigan and we have some great wineries. A reasonably priced fave is St. Julian's White Heron, semi sweet white wine. They also have Red Heron that is very good too.

My uncle passed away last year from throat cancer. He constantly drank beer over all those years since he was young. So drinking wine with food is probably a good hint.

Feels like you’re in the midst of a scary twenty-first century germ invasion. And while you try your best to keep from meeting the nastiest bugs, there’s only so much you can do without living in a bubble. That means boosting your immune system matters more than ever.

And steps you take to boost your immunity may also protect you from the chronic diseases associated with aging. See, immunity busters -- everything from aging and stress to lack of sleep, too little exercise, and not-so-smart eating -- can pull the plug on how well your white blood cells, natural killer cells, and chemical messengers can attack and destroy foreign invaders. Didn’t know you had an army of defenders, did you? Well, you do. And the very same actions that lessen their ability to fight off bugs also cause trouble by encouraging chronic inflammation -- a hot-button health risk now linked with asthma, heart disease, diabetes, and even some types of cancer.

Keeping your own personal security force strong and disciplined is easy:

Feast on fin food. EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), the essential omega-3 fatty acid found in fatty fish (and fish oil, of course), limits several cellular processes (involving dendritic cells and interleukin 12; aren’t you glad you asked?) associated with inflammation, so they can’t do their dirty work. Serve yourself salmon or trout at least twice a week, or get 2,000 milligrams of EPA plus DHA, another omega-3, from supplements daily. Don’t like the fishy taste or the size of the pill? Just get the DHA from pills made from algae -- that’s where the fish get it.

See red or go nuts. Red wine, red grapes, and peanuts are great sources of resveratrol, a compound that protects against immune system aging and inflammation. Are resveratrol supplements worth taking? Here's what the docs say.

Learn the art of ahhhh. Your nervous system and your immune system are linked more closely than fraud and Bernard Madoff. Extreme stress reduces your natural killer cell count -- one reason widows and widowers are more likely to get sick after the death of a spouse. Even periods of short stress (say, road rage) can boost levels of proinflammatory chemicals called cytokines. Set aside 10 minutes a day for relaxation, whether it’s meditation, intimacy, a walk, or the pure bliss of playing with your kids or grandkids. And learn some coping skills that help you talk your stress level down while you’re still in traffic or whatever situation gets on your nerves. Here are a few fast ways to let go of stress.

Tuck yourself in. Sleep deprivation torpedoes immunity and increases levels of proteins associated with inflammation. Stop shortchanging yourself and jump into the sack a half hour earlier tonight . . . and every night this week. Add another half hour next week, and keep going until you’re getting 7 1/2 to 8 hours of shuteye per night. Every night!

Take a walk today. Regular physical activity can help keep immunity where it should be. You don’t have to be a gym rat: When a group of overweight couch potatoes started exercising five times a week, they gained a definite cold-fighting edge over nonexercisers. Create a 20-minute workout to your liking with this tool.

Pop some vitamin D. This vitamin can’t do its immunity-boosting job if you don’t get enough of it . . . which includes at least 30% to 40% of us. Since it’s difficult to get what you need from food alone, get 1,000 international units a day from a supplement if you’re younger than 60, 1,200 if you’re 60 or older. Find out how vitamin D might help you live longer, too.

Munch apples, broccoli, and red onions. All are bursting with quercetin, a flavonoid that shores up immunity, even when you’re fatigued. The fiber and antioxidants in these natural goodies also help reduce or mute inflammation instigators. These four other foods will help pump up your immune system, too.

Think zinc. Go to the end of the alphabet for a mineral that supports immunity (it may also thwart cancer cells). You can get the zinc you need -- 12 milligrams a day -- from crab, oysters, pork, poultry, beans, cashews, and yogurt. Or find a good multivitamin with less than 15 milligrams. Too much of the stuff could stop other important minerals from doing their jobs.

Don’t forget classic "C." This vitamin helps you produce more bullets to kill invading germs. Bell peppers are chock-full of vitamin C; other good C options include strawberries, cantaloupe, and broccoli. Or take 400 milligrams of vitamin C as a supplement three times a day. After I discovered my thyroid tanked I studied what it would take to raise it to a healthy level via nutrition and suppliments. When I was well in six weeks going from .16 to 6.16 I alter my diet once again to level it somewhere in the middle I decided to continue mixing separate suppliments, a multi vitamin, and continued healthy nutritional foods.

I don't take them every day unless when I feel symptoms of illness encroaching on my life ... I jack up the C and Zinc for a few days and once passed I go back to a couple of days of the multi vitamin especially around my lady moments for the extra iron, then the separates including zinc, A, B Complete or B6, C, E, plus Glucosamine with Chondroitin for my joints as I've had difficulty due to extremely flat feet. The Glu/Cho has really helped a lot along with the inserts.

I also include a healthy diet of a variety of predominantly organic foods mainly for nutritent value as chemically treated foods tend to lose their nutrients and I gotta eat more to gain enough to feel well. I also suppliment my diet with nutrient packed chocolate soy milk. I use to drink HY-Vee store organic brand, but have found Walmart to have one that is almost exactly the same nutrients at a lot less money.

I believe many peoples problems stem from poor nutritent consumption. If you consume conventionally grown products they include less nutrients 'cause the pesticides kill the things in the ground that feed the vegitation and foods we and animals need to give us what we need. Eat and suppliment wisely and live well. I'm 44 and 8 months, but my 'real age' is 33.7, so I suppose I know what I'm talking about:)

i dont know if i really believe in taking supplements. they are chemicals, and our bodies are not designed for man-made substances. much better to get the needed vitamins and minerals in natural food. the only thing i do take regularly is calcium citrate, vitamin d and magnesium, as i have already been diagnosed with the beginnings of osteoporosis :(

I know that many "across the counter" supplements are suspected of delivering very little of what is promised. I do know that a private and highly placed natural, contaminant free company -Shaklee - introduced VIVIX to its market two years ago. It has 10 times the power of other resveratrol products and comes in tonic form. Shaklee holds the patent on this process. Please check in to it.

I always love reading tips on building a stronger immunity but I think there has to be more to it than the docs are letting on! How come we never hear when is the right "time" to take a certain vitamin or mineral or "when" should we eat fruits and vegetables. I've heard that in-order to get the best bang for our buck, we need to know when to take our vitamins/minerals because they aren't absorbed by our body at the same time. In terms of fruits, I've heard that we need to eat them in-between meals, on an empty stomach to get full value. I have yet to have any of this confirmed by a professional. Western medicine needs to take a more proactive approach rather than reactive approach like they have with H1N1 vaccination. That is just a band-aid to one thing but before we know it, some other virus will pop-up.

As I have gotten older I have tried to take only the vitamins and the Food that is healthy for me. I've cut back on my sugar and salt. Drink only water with lemon. My throid was not working and trying to find a Dr. to put me on Armor was hard to do. I do not do well with senthroids in medicine. I look for the natural all the time. Was glad to see that Agava (sp) is good for natural sweet. . I now have my armor and things are so much better for me. This web site is wonderful

AB440, companion legislation to SB115, will force highly qualified nutritionists to complete dietetic programs through the American Dietetic Association (ADA). AB440 grants exclusive control over the practice of nutritional therapy to an organization that is historically geared toward the practice of dietetics. The bill is currently pending in the Committee on Health and Healthcare Reform and your concerns need to be heard.

If the current law in Wisconsin for ‘certification of dietetics’ is going to be expanded to ‘licensing of dietitians and nutritionists,’ then the licensing requirements need to include nutrition-based training and examinations—not simply dietetic based requirements. As AB440 is currently written, an individual must complete a didactic program in dietetics, 900 hours of supervised experience through a practice program accredited by the ADA, and pass an examination for dietitians established by the ADA. Where are the nutrition-based credentialing agencies that work explicitly with nutritionists such as the Certification Board for Nutrition Specialists through the American College of Nutrition or the American Clinical Board of Nutrition?

Over the past several years, the ADA has been pressing state legislatures to accept ADA’s credentialing arm as the only means to satisfy a state’s nutritionist licensing requirements. And that is what is happening in Wisconsin. Licensing legislation to the same effect was introduced in 1993 and rejected. A certification law was passed for dietitians and has been in effect since that time. ADA is attempting again to capture the practice area of nutritional therapy.

AB440:

Prohibits highly qualified professionals credentialed from other nutritional agencies from practicing nutritional therapy in Wisconsin;
Prohibits over 600 alternative nutritional providers with extensive training in science and cultural aspects of nutrition from providing nutritional assessments;
Is too broad and captures ‘nutrition therapy’ and ‘weight control services;
Only grandfathers ‘certified dietitians’ and individuals registered with ADA; and
Fails to recognize nutrition-based credentialing agencies.

We believe AB440 is completely partial legislation to the dietetic profession and is not a matter of consumer safety or public health. AB440 creates a monopoly over nutritional therapy to the sole benefit of the American Dietetic Association!

Support our efforts to defeat AB440 as currently written and protect the consumer’s right to choose from whom they receive their information and advice, and ensure that competent, highly qualified professionals have the right to practice nutritional therapy.

Contact your State Representative and express your opinion. Oppose Assembly Bill 440 as currently written. Thank you!

my lunch is a big salad no dressing 1 apple 1 banana 1yogart 1 slice of bead for carbs.salads tastes so good they don't need dressing.

I'm with FeelSoGood--carbs ("high-quality" and otherwise) have never done anything for me but make me feel bloated and tired--they *certainly* have never helped me lose or maintain weight but only gotten in the way--plus most of them give me diarrhea when I eat them, and I'm also now allergic to most starches. I try to avoid eating sandwiches at all unless that's all that's available. Since I usually get up late, I sometimes have breakfast foods for lunch--eggs in some form with bacon, or oatmeal/cream of wheat (among the only starches I don't react to), and some raw/fresh veggies on the side).

The first suggestion is awful! If I eat complex carbohydrates for lunch I'd for sure be snoozing by mid-afternoon! I eat what Dr. Oz suggests...lean meat and vegetables (no potatoes or other starches). I've never had a problem with this, whereas the other...zzzzzzz!

For a breakfast-lunch combo today, I started with two bowls of 7-grain Kashi topped with a container of fresh raspberries, followed by three warm flaky Pillsbury biscuits filled with iceberg lettuce and half boneless chicken breasts cooked last evening, topped with spicy honey mustard sauce, followed by a mini Baby Ruth for dessert. I'm stuffed until I put the feedbag back on about 9pm!

I like to eat varied lunches. I had 2 fish cakes with a side dish of cooked carrots and a bottle of water with flavor added. I had also a couple of rice cakes and a handful of popcorn. I keep drinking water, but a little snacking when needed in the late afternoon. My snacks are usually nuts, raisins or rice cakes. Small portions.

I find that if I don't eat a filling lunch, that I crave, and eat, more snacky things after dinner. Not good. My preferred lunch is a sandwich made with whole grain bread, non-fat Miracle Whip, lean meat or low fat cheese (not both) and lettuce. Sometimes I eat some fruit also.

My favorite lunch is a large pot of mixed beans and brown rice dish I make on the weekend. I don't use the fatty meats for flavor. I instead use tomatoes and a mexican or cajun hot sauce. With an apple and walnuts or salad, I'm full until late afternoon.

ntiger, do share your cooking methods such as the toasting. I have tried quinoa and sometimes the recipes are OK, sometimes not. I know the quinoa is a healthy seed/grain but would like to make it more appealing.

I used to eat a lot of chips. If I had it in my house, I would eat it. I bought chips on sale because I was getting a good deal. Then I would eat a bag in 2 days. I finally decided I would not buy the big bags anymore and not have it in my house. I occasionally buy the one serving size and it's enough.

And recently I switched to sea salt because it's suspose to be better for you. I don't eat too much salt, and so I haven't felt any different because of the change.

RE: salt in potato chips. I seem to recall reading somewhere that the chip people actually add a chemical to the chips that causes people to not be able to " just eat one ". As for the iodine deficiency theory, I 've heard that the salt that is added to most foods is not fortified with iodine. Only table salt has iodine added.

To the individual who suffers from nueropathy I would like to add my own experience. I had recently lost 70 pounds and was walking every day. After a while I developed nueropathy (drop foot) and sought the help first of a foot doctor and then a nuerologist. The foot doctor suggested cortizone shots and The nuerologist asked me if I had recently lost significant weight and if I crossed my legs. I answered affirmative to both questions and the doctor told me to stop immediately. He also ordered a MRI and a nerve test which ran up the bill considerably. There is a nerve (perineal nerve I believe) behind the knee that can be affected when pressure is applied behind the knee. I quit crossing my legs and putting the pressure on the nerve and my drop foot condition disappeared completely in about three or four months. I did not get this advice from the first three doctors I saw, but it was very simple and inexpensive. Good luck and I hope your condition goes away.

To Carolivy: so does the salt and caffeine combo work for your migraines? I have heard that migraines may come from bursts of high blood pressure followed by a big drop. I too have very low bp, but when I eat salty foods I feel an increase in energy, but then when it drops I get the migraines. So I suspect that this combo will only help temporarily- does it help at all?

Also I've found the cravings come from the need for essential fatty oils. Eating an avacado with almonds and a little lemon juice stops both cravings for salty chips but also for sugary foods. Skye

I have Atypical Migraines which do not respond well to Migraine medication. I had a Neurologist tell me that when I got a bad migaine, I needed to eat a HIGH sodium Potato Chip and drink something with high Caffeine. I have seen my blood tests and my Blood Sodium levels are just barely in the Normal Range, even though I consume quite large amounts of sodium, as I have Migraines frequently. I also DO NOT have High Blood Pressure....in fact, just the opposite! My BP is sometimes too low! Normally though it runs where they would expext a Teenager's to run and I am 45!

Craving salt is more likely to increase Cerebral Blood Flow. In the case of the potato chips, it is probably just their preference, so it might otherwise be some other very salty food.

In such a person, drowsiness or some other vague symptom would be the subconscious desire to increase his blood volume and therefore his blood pressure. Cerebral Blood Flow is very closely regulated and the brain is especially sensitive to changes in it for Oxygen, rate and lower pH.

Looking at the individuals and you might see obesity, which means drinking soda or alcohol excessively (fluid imbalance), smoker, which means diminished Oxygen supply to the brain and finally the so-called "Couch Potato" has slight Pickwickian Syndrome, which means they can't breath very well sitting down because all the fat forces up the diaphram, which means their breathing is limited compared to standing up.

Ask any "Couch Potato" when the urge comes on him to have the chips and you will see, at least, one of the reasons above to prove it. Quite often, they fall asleep sitting down because less Oxygen delivery to the brain makes them pass out even though they weren't tired beforehand.
