Sorry Dave forgot your question. Sadly the proton name cut into the bar was not my idea,it was in it when I bought it,very rough tho,so I had to trim it all up square and straight and open the letters up so the gap was more even around them.Same with the holes in the bar under the blinkers,The guy who had it before had blue strobe lights in there.
I saw some bar repairers about getting it plastic welded,and filled in,but they couldn't guarantee it wouldn't crack down the road,so I opted to make it a feature air hole with black mesh behind them.It's a bit hard to see that in the pics,but looks way better in person.

The GTi radiators are the same as evo ones... im using a mates gti radiator atm til i get my alloy one and yes there a twin core... but unsure about the gsr...
