Perhaps your right, mind you here in newcastle they have sold hundreds of them here and there is only one service centre.so who knows? Thanks for the info.

In response to your other query, modern engines use torque to yield head
bolts. This means they are torqued to a given value then turned a
further 1/4 or 1/2 turn( depending on manufacturer/ design) As such,
head bolts cannot be re-torqued. The bolts must be replaced whenever the
head is removed. Head gaskets are designed for this method. Having said
all that, I don't know whether Proton use this method.
