Hi Guys
Well the chromies are toast. I washed the car last saturday and while
rinsing of the wheels with the hose all the chrome started to come off
and run down the driveway.I could't believe my eyes.These are B.S.A.
239 Mags and wern't cheap. they are 2 years old this month and only
travelled 16,400 klms and it just fell off all 4 wheels.After haveing
a good look at the pieces the chrome is so thin,with a small strip you
can tie it in a knot without breaking.These bsa mags have to be crap
with chrome that thin,I would'nt recommend them to anyone.I have sent
3 emails to BSA head office and havent had any replys.So much for
customer service.
Does anybody know if you can get wheels rechromed or would the cost be
more than the wheels??? Anyway I just thought I would let yeall know.
