Hi Everyone,
I'm new to this group (1 week) and still finding my way around it so it
would be a shame to see a useful resource go by the wayside. I have a
Jumbuck GLi as a work truck and the only problems I've had with it so
far are the clowns doing the servicing on it. I'm going to ask Proton
Australia if they will let me service it myself as I'm more than just a
passable mechanic, and obviously a hell of a lot better than the dealer
I'm paying to screw it up regularly (3 out of 3). Various things are in
store for my beast, currently doing the exhaust, then an alloy roll
bar/ladder rack, better reverse light arrangement, short shift, then
some fine tuning to improve its fuel economy. I'll follow with more
details and pix shortly.
Cheers all, Peter.
