G'Day All
Things have been a bit quiet for awhile.
Last week I decided to buy a K&N high flow replacement panel filter
for the jumbuck, instead of going for the pod filter way. I decided to
follow R.P.W. recommended MODS,in there order.
And I have to say the results have been surprising. If any of you
still have a standard air filter you will know of the slow response on
the throtle and the lags thruout the rev range.
Well al that has gone!
The throtle works straight away no matter what gear, what revs, the
motors working instintly, you can hear a noticeable difference sucking
the air in freely. Its good,Works well.
I had to order one thru Auto One (Wolfys) Here at a cost of $155.00
Its hard to tell if its going any faster,Probly not,BUT It is a lot
more responsive.
The filter is for a CC Lancer,Part No. 33-2074 fits straight in with
no mods required.Sweet.

Hope this helps someone else.
Keep the MODS comeing Guys,Keep the group ALIVE..
Regards Neil
