Not sure what's going on, but this sounds a little too close in the
first chapter for coincidence:

The story is called Beast Lord, and here's Chapter one:

"He is getting worse, Fawkes."

The Phoenix chirped sadly, and nodded towards the white owl that had
brought the message to him. "Thank you, Hedwig. How bad is it
getting?"

The owl hooted sadly. "He has nightmares almost every night. When he
wakes up, his relatives shout at him. Apart from the usual letter
sent every three days, I'm not being used to do anything. And he
takes it all without complaint. I believe he is almost, if not
totally, broken."

The Phoenix nodded sadly, then turned to the others assembled. "I
believe we have no choice but to do the plan. If we delay any longer,
it could be too late."

Around the clearing, the animals nodded. They clearly had no possible
alternative. Not that they wouldn't do what was asked of them gladly,
it's just that they wished they'd never have to.

All animals in the Forbidden Forest were represented at these
meetings. Fawkes was the eldest one, and so was the leader. He called
any meetings aside from the annual ones they had. And everyone came.
Old rivalries were set aside, and natural predator-prey relationships
halted for the meeting and two hours afterward, to give any prey a
fair chance.

"Fawkes, when will we do this?" Fawkes turned and looked at the
Griffin. And looked around again. All eyes were on him, from the
small Snidget to the largest Dragon. Creatures that magical folk
would call magical were there, as well as some of the more normal
type of forest animals. The Snowy Owl called Hedwig was really not a
part of the council, but was a guest of Fawkes.

Fawkes straightened, his head lifting. All recognized their
leader. "When Hedwig next comes. Hedwig, go back to Harry. Try to
keep his spirits up. We will do the transfer then. Everyone else,
prepare. The fate of our world is at hand. Thank you for coming,
everyone, I appreciate it. You are dismissed."

Hedwig flew off, and the rest of the animals left the clearing,
heading for their homes deeper into what the humans called the
Forbidden Forest. Fawkes himself headed back to Castle Hogwarts,
thinking about what they were about to do.

Hey there everyone!

Sorry, I seemed to have disappeared off the face of the earth. Real
life has been absolutely chaotic lately but hopefully it'll improve
soon and I can get back to writing regularly again.

I certainly didn't expect the Dumbledore act. Sirius alive?! Quite the
coupe. And for all the talk about Horcruxes, I was expecting Dumbles
to say he believe Harry was one. Maybe you're holding this up for

the file section I got the message below for all of them:

Document Not Found
The document you requested could not be found.

I don't know if just me or something that should be look at.
The story is too good to be hanging on for other reason than waiting

I just finished reading what as been posted of this story.  I'm hooked
already even though there is just one chappy.  It comes across as a
crossover of 'Ghost Hunters' and 'The Exorcist' rolled into the HP
universe.  :)  Needless to say, I'm looking forward to seeing more of
this story and the others that are still in the works.

I've just re-read AH, and loved it once again.  I love Corban, he's
one of my favourites of your OCs.

I'd like to see more of how Snape's fettering works.  And to know more
about Eban :)

Oh, and this might not be applicable in the near future since you're
dealing with Dumbledore at the mo, but I'd love to see a screw-up at
Azkaban.  Either seeing how the people react to Harry screwing up
(since I assume they're not allowed to yell at him), or (my
preference) someone from Azkaban screwing up (or believing they had)
and how they then interact with Harry.  Or Draco screwing up & Harry
using his power as Lord to tell him off?

Anyway, I know you're probably busy at the moment since we haven't
heard from you in a while, but I do hope it isn't *too* long until we
get an update :)

Okay, just read the first chapter, and I can't wait for more...

I also can't wait for the wizarding world to find out what Harry's
doing... I wouldn't be surprised if part of the problem with filling
the ranks of the Shadow Squad is that potentially qualified people
don't realise that the Shadow Squad *exists*, and end up applying for
the Aurors or some other position.  They may feel that the DoM is all
about research and books... more Ivory Tower academic stuff, crossed
with a strong dose of the conents of the Quibbler.

and all. If I'm bored there's nothing like re-reading one of your fics
to solve it! Your an excellent author and theres not one single thing
you've written and posted here that I haven't become instantly addicted
to and loved!

Nope, this time refreshing the page won't work. This is happening on
several lists, it's a Yahoo problem. They say they are "working on

Well, i'd vote for no pairing, because it seem to me that the story
already started very good without any pairng already, but it'd funny
to read if it with Corban because normally i read the fanfiction with
Draco, but this one with the other MALFOY. See......

I tried when I read this post and though, on the first try, the prologue gave
me an error message, after opening up ch. 1 and 2, I retried the prologue and
it came up. If you need/want it, I've got a cumulative text version of
Azkaban's Heir from the prologue-22 that I can email you.
