Hi,

Yesterday, I read both AFTER VOLDEMORT and HP AND THE DAEMON SIDHE. Wow, they
are so great! I just wanted them to go on and on. i really like Harry going
back to Hogwarts to teach type stories. and I love the whole idea of the Daemon
Sidhe. I like how Harry has developed his court and how everyone, including
Snape, are learning to work together. I am so impressed. After I read your
other HP fics, I'm going to treat myself to your original stories. I'm very
excited to read those. You have a great talent and imagination, and I can't
wait to see what you create in your won world! Oh, I just hope you can update
everything soon! Yet, of course, I understand how life gets in the way of the
muse sometimes.

Anyway, they are wonderful, wonderful stories!!!!

Hmm, McGonagall may be a tad too mature! *L* Besides Harry and
McGonagall.....ewwww! *LOL*

And oy! Remus is the DADA teacher - I am not killing him off or
getting rid of him in any way! He's supposed to be acting as a
father/mentor/friend in this fic! :)

Cheers,
Katling

Thanks for the comments on Crystalline Darkness!

I am working on Last Wish though I still haven't made any decision on
what ship to do......if I do any at all. I'm thinking I might just let
the story take me where it does. I've got a feeling that it won't be
slash - Snape's feeling just a bit too intractable at the moment for
that to happen - maybe grudging friendship at best. We'll see. I just
don't think Ginny or Luna are quite mature enough for him at the
moment and I'm not a Harry/Hermione or Harry/Tonks shipper at all.
They may mature though....again, we'll see what happens! *L*

Katling

Hi katling!

I loved the last 2 chapters of crystalline. they were absolutely
brilliant. it was great to see some more action and to get a bit more
"schmackes" in the storyline. bloody brilliant, as Ron would say.
I would love to see more chapters of sirius last wish. that beginning
you wrote was interesting.
one thing though, - please don't make it slash. i realize you made
some hints in that direction.

Okay, I've finally done it! Sorry I haven't posted sooner, as I said
in my last post, work has been crazy. I have uploaded the following:-

Crystalline Darkness - Chapters 16 & 17

Daemon Sidhe - Chapter 10

Unnamed fic 1 - Chapter 11 (Hmm, 11 chapters, maybe I should try and
come up with a name for this one.)

Hope you all enjoy these!

Yay! I'm looking forward to it. Unfortunately--for my fic reading but
definitely not for my life--I will be out of town on a job interview this
week, leaving tomorrow, so I probably won't be on the net till I get back.
But I hope I'll have lots of good reading by then! Good luck.

Sorry I haven't updated for a while. I've been working full time for

I'm hoping to do an update either tomorrow or the day after.
Definately Crystalline Darkness but may have chapters for a couple of
other fics as well.

Cheers all,

I'm glad someone was able to answer that - I knew it wasn't mine. It
did sound familiar though. I must catch up with Resonance. I started
reading it ages ago but haven't gone near it for a while. And before
you ask, no, I didn't get the idea about Ron being a red setter from
there - In fact I'd completely forgotten about it until you brought it
up! :)

It does seem such Ron animal though. Big friendly loyal dog - doofus
is a good word!

Cheers,
Katling

Was it from either HP and the Veil of Mystery or the sequel HP and the ring
of reduction? That seems kind of familiar from one of those stories.

I just read through most of your stories, and am now re-reading GON.

Only, there's a scene that I remember which does not appear to be
from GON...

Harry and Friends have an 'Advanced DA-Animagus' group? And Ginny's
a Red-tailed hawk? She's told *not* to try and fly, only she does
after all.

Snape catches her flying around the castle, and McGonagall calls up
all the animagi in the Great hall. I know it's one of yours because
I remember Ron being an Irish Setter.

Hehe, now that you asked us to "influence" you with the relationships:
please don't make it slash. i kind of would not like that - also i
think that would be very out of charackter. try something new - maybe
even invent a new charackter, or try some rather unusual ship - maybe
a harry / some slytherin girl ship- it'd be nice to see harry and her
sneak out and try not to get in trouble or even being caugt. (being
caught in flagranti is one of the stupidest things to happen to you ;-))

anyways

Thanks both of you. I rather like List Wish as well! It was one of
those plot bunnies of doom that hopped into the room and demanded to

By the way, I still haven't decided on the ship for it yet. I guess

I'd have to agree. The last wish of Sirius Black is the best fic I have
ever read so far. Though, of course, your guild of the night and
crystalline darkness are awesome, too. In fact, I've been thinking of
starting the whole series from chapter 1 of guild of the night, and reading
it over to the current place in crystalline darkness.

Hey

hehe, you got me right there. didn't wanna ask it toooo directly. I'm
so happy to see that crystalline Darknes and Sirius Black will be
updated most often - consindering that these are my favorite fanfics ;-)
goood job!

Hi tilmaen!

Um, I am actually kind of working on all of them at the same time. :)
I basically write on one until I get stuck then move over to another.
The Last Wish of Sirius Black is going well and I'll be uploading
another chapter soon, along with another from Crystalline Darkness.

I'm not entirely sure how I keep things all separate though I do tend
to go back a few pages when I change to another fic to reaquaint
myself with where I was. I think that kind of helps.

I guess if you really wanted to nail me down on which fics are most
likely to be updated most often (ie. which I am working on the most),
then it would be:
1. Crystalline Darkness
2. The Last Wish of Sirius Black
3. Daemon Sidhe
4. After Voldemort

Cheers,
Katling

hi katling

i was wondering what fanfics you're working on primarily these days.
my favorite fanfics of yours are:
1.) guild of the night
2.) crystalline darkness
3.) sirius' last wish

I think especially in the last one there is a lot of potential. I'd
love to see that one being continued ;-).
I also wanna say thanks for the many updates! i keep wondering how you
manage to write THAT much (you have what --- like 5 fanfics going on
at the same time :-D!) and not get confused.

(P.S. do you know joe_6991 - he is writing a great fanfic called
defiance of the hero. it's a bit violent for my taste, but has great
fighting scenes. if you wanna take a look at it, it's at

You've done it again. Great story. Can't wait for the next
installment. You are so good, and we are so predictable. Thanks!
