I guess everyone's view is different on this one. The government are currently holding up commercial licesening to provide 'non-profit' bandwidth in the new 100-106m\MHz spectrum. I also agree with earlier statements that smei-commercial use still helps to provide a higher level of programming.
Hi group well I guess some might be sweating a bit right now especially those lpfm operators who in my opinion (and it is only an opinion) breach the spirit of lpfm by running networks and multiple tx's either in the same town, city or further afield.
Does clause 2.2 of the new regs read that networking or linking are now banned.
If this is true I say about time as it will restore what lpfm should be used for and also free up much needed freq. being used by people (not just rhema) that want to use the lpfm band for commercial or semi commercial aplications.
