We try to listen to everyone - we don't always agree with either
small or large players - but we listen!
We are preparing a document that will provide some additional
information on the operation of LPFM within the terms of the GURL,
including the 25 km rule, "substantially the same" and the contact
details. Keep an eye out at
http://www.med.govt.nz/rsm/licensing/guls.html
cheers
