Good to see this comment from Ian Hutchings:
"It is intended to be for local entrepreneurs to get on and do it, to put
their toe in the broadcasting water," Hutchings said.
It shouldn't be any surprise that the licencing has been adjusted in favour of
small local stations as opposed to simulating a high power station with a lot
of LPFM Tx's. Wasn't there instructions from government to focus more on
community broadcasting?
Another interesting point to note is that it seems that networking accross the
country has been allowed after talks with Rhema. This proves the value of
approaching RSM with a combined voice making sensible requests.
Anyway...
My request for the day.
Does anyone have an stl link of some description available temporarily or for
good or any good ideas for one?
We have got a cd on repeat at the moment and it's frustrating that we can't get
the signal to the tx from our studio.
I'd love to get one of the Broadcast warehouse X-band links but they won't do
it in a frequency that we could use here, it seems.
Any ideas?
