Why did you mis-lead the readers by quoting that apna fm was closing down. Theyare still operational on 6th day after the new law was inforced.

They are still boradcasting all over NZ. In Auckland they occupy 88.1, 88.3, 107.1 & 107.3
WHY ?
What is MED and RSM doing?
Did Herald give them free publicity ?
What are the ministers doing?
Where do we Small /local area LPFM'ers go ?

NZ Herald is a reputed paper and to quote 20 joblosses and final payouts are totally wrong.
Because APNA FM Staff say they are still being payed and are going to sue NZ Herald for mis-leading information.

I would like a reply for some of these questions as this is a serious concern for NZ citizens.
