The GURL or whatever it is now specifies the upper LPFM frequencies specifically as 106.7, 106.8, 106.9, 107.0, 107.1, 107.2, 107.3.  106.45 is odd to say the least.

Hi Graham 106.45? I don't think 0.05Mhz steps are legal in NZ, and most tuners cannot tune to them. Is this a licenced frequency or a free LPFM? Anyway,...

And 50kHz steps are not part of the NZ channel plan I believe. ie: radios in NZ do not have to tune to 50kHz steps, they only have to tune to 100kHz steps. ...
