****AMMENDMENT**** MEETING to FORMALISE The Society of Lower Power FM
Broadcasters Incorporated

Apologies to all but there has been a ***substantial*** change to the
agenda for the meeting this afternoon:

1. It is no longer to be a meeting to formalise the Society.

2. The Agenda below is on hold.

3. Fees will not be collected at this time.

4. The purpose of the meeting now is only to consider the revised
proposed rules for the Society, and make any further changes as
decided.

******All members interested in being part of the executive committee
should attend******

Further, if you wish to be involved in the discussion and amendment
of the proposed rules, please attend the meeting. Otherwise, you will
be notified later of the details for a "MEETING to FORMALISE The
Society of Lower Power FM Broadcasters Incorporated".

The rules as amended by the meeting this evening will be written up
and then distributed by email to all interested parties for comment. A
meeting will then be called to FORMALISE the Society as laid out in
the original Agenda (below).

Marshall Bird (Marshall Bird Law), who has an interest in LPFM, has
kindly offered to assist the group, but will not be able to attend the
meeting tonight.
