APNA pretty much have no coverage of the bottom end of queen st, due to
their transmitter being back up on Khyber Pass.

I would think that if you made sure you were transmitting at an
appropriate power level (probably quite a bit less than 500mw in this
case), you could get coverage of that area without actually interfering
with APNA.

Another thought..Each station could between them decide which part of the hour they want..If tow stations are using 106.7 lets say 30 minutes each..4 stations...
