PS
You can use anthing if you can get away with it (you have proved that already) however I doubt the Tx on the site you gave me would meet RSM29 specs.

Hi Mr Duffy,

It is sad to hear that people are not getting a fair wack of the stick in Blenheim. Sounds all like good fun playing with yagi's.

I know that the 2 transistor L/C transmitter is not the best but it all stared asa joke to just see how far I could get with something like 10 -20mw into a 2m 5/8 wave antenna. When it was on 88.7 I got over 5km's but now that it is on 107.5 here in seddon it doesa not go as far, I understand why I think.

It is good to hear that you have got spare gear. What version of raduga do u have. What is the specs on your music PC??

Do you remember a guy with glasses coming to the hall (church) at the sports grounds about 3 years ago?

Are u a ex cb'er or ex ham by chance?? Do you have a good working knownledge of LPFM transmitters as I ahve found one that looks interesting http://web.telia.com/~u85920178/tx/v7b_proj.htm

I ask lots of questions dont I.

No they will be in Blenheim. I run just the one in Seddon as you know from living there its a town of around 600 people why would I want to do more.
The reason for the name revenge fm is that in Blenheim the station that I am associated with (Freedom fm) has been totally wiped out by a commercial operator who just will not compromise. They are in fact taking all the available LPFM freq.. in Blenheim (except 2) and have just wiped anyone else off the map. We used and are still using 107.5, another guy was using 88.4 etc. So I'm seriously contemplating setting up my spare tx at Freedoms transmission site hooking up a multi element Yagi and beaming it straight at their transmission site abiding by the rules of course as far as content etc are concerned.

If you require any help or info about setting up a station properly (no disrepect but yours could use some) then give me a call. The number is in the book.
