I have heard rumour that there are 2 forms of the 2SC1971; one with a
BEC pin-out and another with BCE.




Is it true?




Can somebody help me to point the correct result of the multimeter
(ohmmeter) test between E-C and C-E current flow direction. Which one
has bigger resistance ?
