I found a cool wee application... its not a windows application that
converts from one sound format to another... I'm not sure if it converts
Mono back to stereo or not.
Its called soundKonverter. It's only in Beta 0.2. But I've tried it and
it seems to work well.

BTW Is the link for tuning into The Flea FM Audio Stream public or do
they have a private stream? I tried to google their website etc. But
