I should be pretty ok here to use any of the avail freq apart from
88.7.. There only appears to be one other LPFM here which is good. :)

When was this change supposed to happen again?

Me too. I use 88.4, and another station here uses 88.7 88.7, 88.4, 88.2 and 88.1 are used, so I guess I'll go to 87.8, and the other station to 87.5, or...
