According to the link you provided this card is 8 in and 8 out*, unbalanced.

Used Delta 66's, which retails at a similar new price to your one, goes for
around low-mid $200 on Trade Me.
These have 6 in and 6 out*, all balanced.

A Delta 44 used is under $200 on Trade Me. This has 4 in and 4 out, again
balanced.

*The numbers I have quoted refer to the analogue connections only.

If you'd read my post first, before firing of an email you'd have seen that I
clearly requested balanced connections.

Sounds bang on like 50Hz hum. No hum when no audio lead plugged into transmitter, and aerial is tuned well enough, I doubt that coax is radiating RF. ... ...
